Didn't even know there's a official TF SG facebook... So I guess tmr is launch and TRU is doing the launch event? TFSG don't really seem like a useful place...

Edit: ok it seems the TRU exclusive thing is bullshit. TFH, RoboRobo and maybe other toy shops have them listed already at 20% off. It also seems like the price hike to $35 deluxe and $60 Voyagers is real.

 

TRU exclusivity always happens at the start of a new TF toyline when it coincides with Christmas season. It just means that they have exclusive rights from Hasbro SG to sell the new figures first, at least for the 1st two weeks to a month of product release. All other mass retailers will just have to wait their turn to receive these new stock.

Does not apply to private toy shops though.

So you can just buy from private toy shops (at cheaper price) if you are aiming to get the entire wave, or wait it out until other mass retail department stores get their stock and sell them at 20% or more discount.

was at TRU Westgate earlier in the evening and they have already put out the PotP figures on the shelves for sale.
Deluxe and Legends class only. Legends Beachcomber and Dinonot Slash were already nowhere in sight. Only 1 Windcharger and a few Insecticon Skrapnel spotted. All Deluxe were there when I left.
Did not see any voyagers though.
