That's right. I've also been helping edit the article whenever I find anything new. However, the wiki page is only taking note of the blurbs written on each card. I've taken up the task of gathering pictures of them all (and eventually high resolution scans), to serve as proof and to act as a resource so that the rest of the community can appreciate these things.
I'd agree with you on Sagat except Daburu has the sculpted eyepatch and I feel like not using that is almost a waste. Even if Twinferno doesn't work at all as a body. Also can we get an Akuma to go with that Ryu, just to fill out that black truck quota bit more.

It’s funny, in pointing out RTS Jazz is an unfair comparison to the POTP figure, most tend to omit (purposely or otherwise) that United Jazz is even further an improvement on top of RTS. (Not to mention there was a brief time a few years ago that asking price of both those versions of Jazz were ridiculously close to each other.)
