FINALLY! Friggin' thank you! And that's what I'll be doing with mine. Oh yes. I think I'll paint the blue parts black, but otherwise, that works. Just like I thought it would.

The great thing is the eye shape and mouth are very similar, only better with nice silver paint and painted eyes.
All in all a very nice swap.
And what makes it even better is the PM Optimus primes head master is totally hidden under the helmet so you can't even tell if he's missing...or just throw in sky crusher..the eyes should line up

 

It's from Classics Skyfire with 5mm pegs removed and attached a new handle but it is a bit small.

 

Painted the backside of titanmaster arms grey. Looks much better.

Scratchbuilt gun using handle he came with, Classics upper piece, some missiles, and parts of Octanes little sidecar gun. 5mm peg for arm attachment/storage. Will post in radicons later the recipes.

 

Goddamn, I just want the cool gun-blade combo weapons he comes with...!

I pulled the head off of Generations Jetfire and quickly blu tacked it onto Skycrusher just to see how it looks and actually it's not bad at all. I am tempted to remove the Titan Master healmet and go this route and see if there's a way to keep the head attached during transformation.

Looks pretty good. Just a smidge small but overall proportions of head spot on. Can't wait to see how it works in alt mode! Well done.

 

I don't get transformers and swords. Except Blitzwing and Grimlock. I wanted Sky to have a cartoon accurate gun. The ones he comes with feel too power ranger.

 

The proportions end up working well with the body.

The detail on that helmet and face sculpt fit the intricacies of the body. And proportions look good seeing the full figure.

 

Yeah it's very fitting for the figure. Problems are that the massive chin mean if you stuck it on the back of the TM he wouldn't be able to fit in the cockpit in jet mode and I am not sure if it would be able to stay on during transformation even if you just ignored the TM gimmick. Gonna have a muck around with it tomorrow  

 

Hey, that looks pretty snazzy! Shame about the fit issues in alt-mode though.
