Saw those about 20 minutes after I made that post. I was really hoping for more. Especially after seeing those pics on Amazon. Really would've liked to have seen something on their Strarf.

I will admit that koto-arnval looks effin' gourgeus but not having proper news about the line is a PITA...

I really do wonder what's going on with the BS license. Is Konami being it's usual trash self and thus the line is being held back? Is Koto putting it on the back burner because of the success of *** and MD? Did they get the license purely as a marketing move for those lines? At least things are getting good with those two, the newest Megami Device girls are really reminiscent of shinkis. I mean, just check this out.

I've been wanting to get a shinki and have found a few in my price range. As collectors which is the better shinki, Proxima or Raptias?

i dont have próxima but Raptias is LUV! she's simple and versatile enough to make her look good in any pose with her armor parts, also a shinki with wings is a plus in my book! :p

but in the end its all up to personal taste! since shinkis are still awesome!

Raptias is cute and I do love her expressive faces and paint details. Mostly liking Proxima for the centaur and horned helmet.

Looks like the Proxima I was looking at sold. I'm looking at 65 for a Raptias or 70 for a Proxima. Is that even a good price?

Yes, those are actually about the prices Shinkis sold for when they were still being manufactured.

Oh yeah, they still have a lot of shinkis! That's a bookmarked site for future purchases. Already bought the shinki I decided on, will post pics once she comes in! Thanks to everyone for their help.

Sigh, I shell out over 60 for a shinki, and a amiami posts a $45 strafe Lavina mk2 today.

Important thing to consider is condition varies on pre-owned items, so that Strarf may have been cheap because she was in a condition you may consider unacceptable. Personally I want the shinki itself to be like-new and the box to be in relatively good condition. Otherwise that's just how it goes with buying items second hand. Shinki prices can differ wildly, some will run you $40 while some will be nearly $200. I got an Mk1 Strarf recently for about 40 but I also have a Sharatang here that cost more than I'd like to say.
Welcome to the club, though, now get yourself some cute 1/12 azone clothes for them and start taking cute pics. :D

Just got my Shinki this week and I am loving her! 20171121_134006.jpg
The mms bodies are a lot of fun and the armor is so fun to peice together. 20171121_134313.jpg

I did cave and buy that Lavina too. Amiami said it was B grade for the figure and box so I'm hoping she looks alright. With shipping it was around $60 for a Full Arms Mk2 so I'd say it's worth a little wear. Looking forward to posting more pics in the future.
