Untrue. They're all tampoed. (I picked up the set of 4 at Target yesterday.)

The poker chip QR codes on RID15 toys are just as intrusive to visual appearance of a toy as the rub-signs of yore.

He's just part of the wrong line. He works perfectly as Generations Grimlock.

I had no idea that was an unpopular opinion... (assuming you mean they're a bit of an eyesore)

For me it depends on placement... Bumblebee's works well since its on the robot chest and hides in robot mode. Steeljaw's annoys me since it's in his damn windshield in his altmode.

T30 Shrapnel is actually the best of the three modern Insecticon figures.

Don’t know if this is an unpopular opinion, but micromasters were AWESOME. Easy transformation? Yes, don’t care because they were so fun

TR Kup is yucky. I'm all for magical leg transformations (which I think MPMs 3 and 4 have also), but the face and the leg panel misassembly really kill the figure for me. LG version is certainly an improvement, but still not worth the money for me.

Aside for the wrong paint job and hollowness, Cyber Battalion Grimlock makes for a better CHUG Grimlock figure than either the FOC mold or the POTP mold.

G1 Slugslinger looks better than Titans Return Slugslinger.

I think that TLK Deluxe Barricade's unlicensed alt mode is fine for what it is.

One thing I really hate about this fandom is when someone tells others what toys they should and shouldn't buy. If I wanna buy Hasbro, that's my business. If you wanna buy all TakTomy or 3rd party figures, that's your business, but don't berate me for buying something just because you think it's "lesser" or "crap" somehow or that I'm not a "true fan" for only buying Hasbro stuff. That's a huge heap of bullsh!t.

It's also a great way to get put on "Ignore" indefinitely.

I think that the wheels on the legs of MP-10's root mode look pretty cool.

I don't like the way Titans Return Kup, Blur, and Hot Rod look, at all. I prefer my Generations Kup and Blur, and will probably get the Leader-class Evolution Rodimus Prime for my Hot Rod.

I think Blur looks ok. I agree about the others and will add in Arcee to the list of TRs that dont look right.

Kup is passable with some repro help.

He's a good Jazz figure, but not a great one. I like both RTS Jazz and PotP Jazz for different reasons, though. :)

i have both as well...rts is good...potp is good...potp is a fun figure with a good transformation AND is a combiner with good looking combined modes.

he shouldn't always be compared to rts jazz. that just belittles what good qualities he has...which are alot

It's mostly animation accurate, though if that's not your thing then of course it's going to look a little odd. I will say it looks better in person than in photos.

Electronic gimmicks in Transformers are HIGHLY overrated. I would've preferred that MP Megatron's cannon have no electronic sounds, especially if it took $5 - $10 off the price. I'm glad that the Fans Toys Iron Dibots' swords are in a vibrant translucent red, as I have no intention of buying and installing batteries to power them up. And I'm oh so glad that Leader class figures no longer have electronics shoved in them.
