You have an addiction issue it appears to seem :p
I honestly can say I probably share the exact level of excitement as you have, but just lack the cash to get the repaints.:(

    had mine a few days.

Sprue marks on top of the head is a bit meh but only a tiny minor imperfection. However, i also got in Contact Shot, which i think is the best Maketoys figure so far that i've had from them.

But it's like....this guy is great, and Contact Shot is like super amazingly great...or winning £200 vs £300 - both great just one is better :D

Clicked on this thread today and happen to read the first page when this was introduced as a silouette on april fools day 2016. Everyone was fussing about how it sucks that its a stupid april fools joke and how bad they wished this figure would actually get made. Then I clicked to the current page, and about a year and half later, some of the same people are posting about how they can't wait to get home to open it up..............................pretty fuckin cool hobby sometimes.......congrats and enjoy.

I must be the total oddball here. I have this guy on order, it was fulfilled today, awaiting pickup at A3U just 35 mins away from home, ......... and i'm not feeling the excitement just yet. Honestly, i'm just meh. I saw it on display at TFcon, but I didn't have a chance to manhandle it. I hope that once I get it in hand tomorrow after work or Friday, it will just be amazeballs and i'll be blown away.

hah! nice find. yeah I have been a GF fan since it was originally airing on a weekly episodic basis.

bonus points if you scroll to the mid point of the thread when it was "canceled" you will see quite a bit of emotion there as well.
started trolling a bit after that cause I was getting flamed for honest posts :lol

anyway, mailman still isn't here. I'm not dead yet but I don't think this guy is getting here by 8pm :(

Mine actually tabs together just fine. It's relatively easy to untab, but it goes back together with no fuss. It's kind of a "just don't shake it like a Vangelus" thing.
It's the same translucent purple, with a solid silver backing directly behind it.

Mine is with my other Cybertron figures. He fits right in with them. A tad bit tall (onscreen, he came up to around Megatron's waist; here, he's about mid-chest), but it works for me.

I mix n match all my figures. I don't think we'll ever have enough mp cyb figures to justify an entire shelf dedicated to them. But I do think this guy goes well with idw designs.

    Mine is delayed :lol

Gotta torture them GF fans down to the last few days haha.

Do you like that bomber megs? I think it fits GF style pretty well.

Hasbro one was a piece of shit so just a bit weary about anything using that same design.

    Ok, my thoughts...

I never transform my figures unless they come packaged in their alt modes, so the Tetrajet mode is a non-issue.

As for Galaxy Meteor, all I can say is that he's one of the best Starscreams, if not THE best Starscream, I've ever had. His articulation is off the wall, and I can't believe how many poses I can get him into. I love that he can get into really dynamic flight poses as well thanks to his ab crunch and neck *cough* articulation. His joints are nice and tight, as are his blades, which pop out very nicely when wanted, and look great when fully extended. I seriously can't wait for MT's other upcoming Seekers and their GF Prime and Megs, and really hope this line does well enough to continue for a very long time.

Sadly he isn't perfect though, and my niggles are that his wrists sadly can't rotate without popping open his forearm transformation joint, so even when I can get them turned, his forearm has a big slit running down it. Also, my right hip doesn't click like the left one does. It's tight no doubt, but I'm paranoid that eventually the hip will wear down as time goes by. Hopefully it won't, but it does slightly concern me.

Other than those two things, I can't recommend this guy enough, and can't wait to get MT's Meteor during a sale so I can have this guy impale him on one of his blades. :D

Neither hip ratchets outward for me. Tempted to take them apart to check.

    Got mine today.

It's missing the two fold-out tabs that are meant to tab the upper body to the legs in jet mode. The whole assembly for each side isn't there, just two big gaps. CS e-mail sent, hopefully it's an easy fix with some replacement pieces, otherwise I guess it's going back.

Other than that, it's a great figure. a lot of fun to play with. Looking forward to MT's future Galaxy Force offerings.

I get it. Call me stupid, thick, pendejo, fine. But I finally get it.

@Maz all your photos were awesome, but I wasn't moved. Your rave reviews about him didn't make me shift in my seat.

Even after everyone's glowing remarks, PO reactivation, and price drop, it didn't register more than a, meh.

Then after a while, I thought... Hmmm... Why not, $99. Probably reasonable enough of a insurance hedge bet that I decided to get it before it sells out and then commands a higher price on the secondary eBay market....

Then I picked it up from A3U a couple of days ago. And it sat. Sealed. Unlooked at. Until this morning, I thought to myself, sure why not.

    I opened it.

    And it was MAJESTIC.

Screamer hammered me down like a nail that was sticking out for far too long.

Now I'm eating humble pie and eagerly waiting for more MT .
