Hell f###ing yea we do! 2007 Megatron NEEDS a Masterpiece! Way before we get any other Masterpiece Megatron! I think that's the MPM consensus. But I'm glad we're getting a Megatron (voyager is it?) In the Movie Edition line so it gives 2007 Megatron a much higher percent chance hell end up as the MPM-10 (or so) Masterpiece Movie Megatron! It even rolls off the tounge :lol

Not sure if getting Voyager Jazz sits well with me but oh well.

I think they reported to be Voyagers

Why is this not a cannon piece of cybertronian fauna??? Can you imagine a hive of cybernetic worms that can link themselves together like cables to form a beast of variable size and form???

Kinda like a hunter from halo, minus the armor, but waaaay less intelligent, acting on pure instinct. The only way to take it down is to destroy the queen which acts as a CPU for the hive mind.

Well my bad if I misheard/misread.

I checked out the leaked images. Initially I thought everything was going to be Leader-class but I think this is like a whole new line where they will be Deluxes, Voyagers, and Leader classs (Blackout and Grimlock).

    I like this.

I thought Movie Edition was going to be like Takara's Movie The Best, which wouldn't be bad at all, but this is better.

TLK, for some reason, brought me back to very selectively collecting figures from the movie universe. Calibur Optimus Prime is OUTSTANDING, and I've also picked up MB 03 ROTF Megatron in his new silver deco, and he's like a new figure, altogether. Not to mention the excellent leader class for TLK, Nitro, and the other voyagers.

I agree that voyagers and up are the way to go for the movie aesthetic. These are going to be nice to pick and choose from.

Are we aloud to post the leaked images coz I have the one with tf1 starscream, tf1 optimus, tf2 megatron, tf1 brawl, tf1 ironhide, and tf2 starscream. Going by the numbers starscream should be 10, optimus should be 11 then we seen number 12 tf2 megatron and 13 tf1 brawl, ironhide should be 14 and tf2 starscream should be 15 ( I hope the numbers mean something) don’t no where grimlock and blackout fall. Anyone’s have the images with the stinger on it?

From the images, Megatron's legs look kinda skinny. Image is terribly blurry though, so maybe he'll look better once clearer images surface.
    Brawl's looking good.

I really don't want to start a huge Movie collection, but... I may have to now. At least give me a Voyager Bonecrusher.

not to play devil’s advocate, but is there a market for this subline where they can continually release more or is this sort of like a vanity line for a small market?

Also you guys gotta remember just cuz toys dont sell well in stores, doesn't mean Hasbro didn't get their money. Hasbro sells to the distributors & they bought up tons of wave 1. And as long as Hasbro can sell them they will most likely make more. And you can bet your ass the retailers will want more too as Transformers is a top seller so if there is a movie coming out, retailers will find a way to sell the product.

That said, why doesnt Hasbro release wave 1 AND wave 2 at same time during street dates anymore? They used to up until AOE (i believe it was then they changed it) if they had done that this time, this line woulda killed the market! Maybe we as the fans should bring this up to Hasbro in droves! So that way they won't screw it up next time in the distribution segment.

I really hope Voyager Bonecrusher is a reality for this line, because otherwise, I can't really think of any major 'cons I want to see otherwise.

I will buy pretty much all of these figures. Been hoping for new molds for Brawl, ROTF Megs, Blackout and the rest of the moviebots; but I never thought we\'d see them with how far up G1\'s ass the toyline\'s been the last few years.

I don't know if they will exceed the 4 waves of Voyagers, but I think they should add new Voyager with Ironhide and ROTF Starscream. I mean nobody going to by a new wave with only a Starscream with Tattoos. We are overdue for a Voyager Bonecrusher.

Just a guess. But I'd say part of the reason Hasbro didn't do that with AOE and TLK is because compared to previous movie lines they were much smaller.
Releasing the first 2 waves in one go for TLK would have meant that after that all that would be left would be
Deluxe: New Bumblebee, Strafe, Crosshairs, Cogman.
    Voyager: Scorn, Nitro

The toyline wouldn't live very long if that's all they had to release later
