As a quick addition-- Blackout's position as two feet "shorter" than Megatron's 35' '07 height takes only head-level into account. Blackout's shoulders and rotor assembly actually loom a good couple meters above the top of his head. With that and his rather tremendous bulk taken into account, Blackout is overall larger and taller than Megatron.
I was gonna put a pic but I have real shitty internet (True Savage having shitty internet? SHOCKING!) so I couldn't get the picture up but basically primes sword is to big. Also the gun seems a bit small. Also the gun has A BIG ASS GAP GOING THROUGH IT Id say this is the best time to do this but here is my improved version of mpm bumblebee.I wanna do one for prime and make a mock up of other characters like jazz or ironhide.
Agreed MPM Bee's blaster sucks with the crease running through it. Are those shoulder mounted weapons in the first movie though?
Someone mentioned that the front of the helicopter is 12 feet tall. If that's the case, he would actually be about 36 feet at the head, which isn't far off. Then that extra height you were talking about would put him at 40 feet at least. It's just strange because he was about 3 stories high in that shot in Mission City. Maybe those are really tall floors on that building.
Yep, although, now that I think about it, I don't think he used them very often, in any of the films. The only time that stands out, in my mind, is his shootout with Brawl. It's strange, since in my mind, they're almost iconic to his look. Maybe it's because of his Cannon Bumblebee figure, but I never owned that one.
but there is no chance dinobots will be in scale, just imagine Huge Grimlock with Leader AoE (or hopefully new mold from alien attack) prime on his neck
Kinda wondering what's Hasbro thoughts on this being already seen, and when they'll offcially reveal it...
I did the scale math. Strafe/swoop would have to be just under two feet tall in bot mode to scale with MPM Bumblebee... and he's the smallest of the dinobots by a lot.
That tow truck that Bumblebee was strapped onto was just an ordinary tow truck in the actual movie. Movie Longarm is a toy-only character that was just based on the tow truck that appeared in the actual movie except with "Mike's Towing" replaced with "Orson's Towing" and the make/model changed from being a mid-2000's GMC Topkick to being based on a mid-2000's Ford F-350. The "Orson's Towing" tampographs on the Movie Longarm toy are actually a reference to Aaron Archer's old TFW2005 screenname of "ORSON".
Is it just me, or does MPM Barricade only have 3 fingers on each hand? Because in the movie, Barricade has full 5 fingers on each hand.
first of all in the movie he had 4 and mpm also has 4 but because of the angle middle fingers are hidden
So the movie edition it's a lower budget MPM line, sounds about right. But waiting for the NYTF seems so long
