    Looks like it is a notch or two higher on the "potentially decent" meter than the CW series, at least.

    Even if it turns out crap, I can still look forward to whatever Freddery does with the series. ;)

    :lol  I guess so. I mean, there are other components like action, theme, pacing, music, aesthetic, etc...

    ...aaand most of those were actually pretty bad, too. Whoops. :lol 

    Star Wars prequels?

    EDIT: As for the voice acting, I mainly recall Prime, Megatron, Starscream, and Menasor all having unfitting voices, but not exactly bad ones. It just really stood out in a bad way to me. The Mistress of Flame had that problem where the character's voice and dialogue were just too sanctimonious. Windblade was just too edgy. Like, calm yo tits and stop being a terrorist, lady.

    Judd Nelson doing Rodimus after having not actually touched a TF voice role since TFA Rodimus?! Daaaang, but... I have absolutely ZERO faith in this even working. Combiner Wars failed in so many retrospects, its not even funny.
