We still planned to make tons of cash off our totally original perfect interpretation of Omega Supreme that you jerks totally ripped off!!

You use the same (Rocket, Tank, Launchpad, and Tracks), the same body assembly (Tank forms torso, Tank turrent forms head, Rocket forms one arm with claws and one arm with blaster, Launchpad and Tracks form backpack and legs), and the same colors.

We therefore demand that you immediately cease use of the infringing trademark, remoe all product from distribution, of your “terminus Omega Superior, uhh, transforming robot thingy”.

I agree, shorter legs would make it a nice difference in looks from Terminus.

 

I should have known the guardian was coming, but I had the money for this guy set aside for months now, and now they don't even give me 6 months to save for the blue one!

The fact though now that I need to check if I have space or eying the removal of furniture from a room is starting to make me wonder if I have a problem...

I had decided to skip Terminus because I just don't have the space or the money...and then I saw pics of the Guardian repaint. Not only did I cave, I also broke my rule of no preorders (both as a means of self control and because I prefer to wait until general release to see if there are any QC issues) just to make sure I actually get one before they sell out. Well played, Fan Toys. Well played.

 

I also need counseling I just pre-ordered 2, my wallet is screaming at me! don't know if I am really going to pull the trigger when the time comes to pay and if DX9 comes out with a repaint and it's cheaper I know I will end up getting 3 of them instead.....dammit.
