I love to bash them too for being slow but both of these figures are done. One of them is coming out by the end of the year because they need to make some money. I also expect the other one to come out by Summer 2018 and then they can stagger the metallic releases. The projection for Summer 2019 fits on the Grimlock.

Yeah. I tease, but if they speed up I'm in trouble. I'm interested in seeing how their sludge is ahead in development. I guess they listened to people and went back to the drawing board with swoop.

I feel like Giga may surprise us with the Dinobots being released close to eachother. It seems like all but Grimlock are pretty much done.

That makes me optimistic. I thought the original concept art looked good. I like the more toy inspired head, and I like how he looks bulkier than FT's Swoop (which I still really like, but I don't need another set of dinos that look that similar).
My Metallic Grassor is still in a stack, waiting on Toyworld's Constructor add on in order to ship, so I can't really comment, but I wish they had either kept the tail on the back or in the leg, like the concept art, because the kibble hanging off the back of the legs still bugs me. I'm hoping it doesn't bother me as much in-hand.
And I still think that Guttur looks better than FT's Sever, even though I hate how floppy his fingers turned out.

Are there any figures available which show how each version of Guttur and Grassor sold? I'm in for the metallic figures, but I assume that as they released the chrome version of Grassor first, chrome Guttur sold better. I really don't like or understand the ridiculous wait between the two releases, though... what was it for Grassor? About 8 months between chrome and metallic?

The tail on the legs is no big deal and as far as I'm concerned not a distraction from the figure.

Messaged Giga about TFCon on FB. There'll be no reveals there but they did say their latest test shot would be revealed soon.

I'd like a stand that used flame and smoke effects.

Have to say I was really excited when the concept art was revealed. Unfortunately not thrilled by the prototype photos.

Frankly where's both of them? We have seen finished figures for Graviter that is coming out next month and Gaudenter.

They probably meant the final test shot of Graviter. And they made it. Only in the last months they decided that Graviter will be next (and preorders are up so it's a given).

Of course they can show some development on Gaudenter too. And Grimlock. But Graviter is their priority now. Well, priority in their own idea of "time" and "pace"...

I actually like that Swoop on page one. Might have to upgrade my Bullsfire Swoop when it comes out.

How do these figures scale with the FansToys Dinobots? I only just got Grinder and don't really want to have get another Grimlock, but I really dig the GigaPower look for the others.

GP is taller in both modes. Wont scale well with other dinos.

Gaudenter will probably scale well even with FT Dinos in bot mode, because it's a bit shorter than the other Giga dinos. But the dino mode it's gonna be ginormous, expecially the wingspan.

On the other hand, if you display them in alt mode, Grimlock tends to be bigger in dino mode (because of transformation and standing upright pose) so Grinder will work with Giga dinos. But colors will be a bit different, and it is a bit shorter in bot mode.

In the end they are in the same ballpark (except scoria e soar, they are noticeably shorter because they were supposed to go with MP8 with boots) but the style is a bit different.

I didn't realize this. I thought they were all the same size.
