Hm... how does the CW Silverbolt hold that weight? I ask because those Voyager-esque bots are unquestionably much heavier than the stock Aerialbot deluxes. That aside, for some reason I dig that Silverbolt far more than TFC's attempt in Combiner mode...
I've been looking for you for about a year now. I am surprised that I just now found you. This is an amazing concept my friend. I will be ordering soon. Could you send me a link on how to order and for some reason, the photos that you have in this thread is not showing up in my computer.
This look like a nice project. I would luike a filler for primes chest but i think that already exists.
Are you familiar with Fall of Cybertron Onslaught combiner ports? I've been thinking of raplacing him with my Universe Onslaught as a torso for the limbs of Fall of Cybertron Combaticons. Universe Onslaught is obviously a non-combiner but an awesome leader/voyager class toy. I've made some testing and it is possible to sustain the weight and proportion for the Fall Of Cyberton Bruiticus to match Universe Onslaught. My dillema is the combiner ports. Is this something I can work with you?
Someone else has jumped on this too http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/radicons-customs/1048328-cw-convert-joint-parts.html
mm, seeing that it works with the Munitioner and Explorer sets is a relief, since I was thinking of going after those to beef up my CW Bruticus, assuming the feet and hands use 5MM pegs like the HFGs
Any plans to make ports for the Weijiang oversized KO torso bots? I would love to be able to pick up a TFC Defensor loimb and use him with the larger CW KO Defensor! (As well as adapters for the regular CW limbs to larger CW KO bots.)
They don't but some guy on Shapeways designed adapter for them. I think it might have been Steamshield but not sure, that's just off the top of my head.
There's at least 2 options I can remember. The feet and hands are not 5mm peg compatible like Crim said. You can find adapters for the feet on shapeways. Not sure about the hands. Here's my perpetual WIP Bruticus using the steamshield adapters .
Hmmm, truth be told the only thing I actually wanted to go after Munitioner and Explorer for were the Extra guns and the feet since I like my Swindle and Blast Off fine and don't have any versions of the energon team as of right now (Despite the fact I've heard they're easy as fuck to come by with how often he's been rereleased) I DO like the look of the two over all though as figures though too so I dunno. Might just go to shapeways for bigger guns for Bruticus/Onslaught's backpack, truth be told that's the ONLY issue I have with the combiner wars 'Bruticus molds (and I plan on going for Baldigus) is the guns are just *too small* but also that I recognize better feet are needed to support the extra backpack weight. But on the note on the crossfire set (and their Causality counterparts) would you say they're still worth a purchase even without the Energon Bruticus molds? Or would going with just the Causality ones be better? I mean over all I *Really* like both of what I've seen and I also just really like decking out my transformers with more dakka
Here's an adapter to use the crossfire feet on Brawl. I think Swindle should be able to use it too. CW Brawl To Energon Foot Adapter by SteamShield on Shapeways . If you wanna do the opposite there's also adapters for the energon connectors to use the CW feet. If you want to get the FP Bruticus guns you need the crossfire sets. Flameblast and Warcry have some extra individual accessories and just look awesome in general but don't come with the Bruticus parts. There's plenty of fun reviews on them if you need more detail. Should you buy them? Up to you really. In my case I already had the sets when CW came out so it made sense to try to use them. But there's some cool sets designed for CW from Perfect Effect, Dreamwave and C+ . Like I said there's a lot of reviews with good info around. Just have fun studying them and then make an informed decision. Bringing it back to the thread topic that's the fun in these incrediplugs and competing adapters. They open up your options to mix the different lines as you see fit.
Holy mishmash, Batman! FoC Blast Off, FP/Energon-styled Swindle, CW Vortex, and PCC Heavytread as Brawl.
