Dang, I just finished repairing my actionmasters and now I am taking the rest of my G1s into the repair bay. How the heck did I lost the damn panels from Springers arm and Ironhides leg   ?

 

Boy oh boy, do I have some fun plans for this week! Just got in my latest Toyhax order to spiff up my G1 figgos. Sorry Rollbar, I forgot to include you in the pictures!



Searchlight spent some time recently with our old friend hydrogen peroxide in a jar out in the sun to give that gleaming smile we all know he has, so he needs a little re-assembly as well  

 

I was going through one of my drawers at home and found some cool G1 brochures and checklists. The hit the '86-'88 era it looks like. It is fun seeing how many figures they have updated in the last couple lines and even the upcoming PotP line.

I will scan them tomorrow and post pics

Exactly. I just poured some hydrogen peroxide I bought at Target into a jar, then dropped the pieces in. I left out in the sun all day and they came out (mostly) pearly white.

 

Unfortunately, there is no poster inside Blitzwing's box. I had to get a lot of those boxes off of ebay and Transformerland.

I do have a spare Astrotrain, maybe two. I can check the status of them if you'd like me to.

 

He's in the box. I've just been lazy about getting a bubble for him. I also have Red Alert but have also been lazy about getting a box and bubble for him.

I absolutely love how you collection is set up.

 

Hmm I gotta try that...does it work only on white pieces or will it work on, say, a lightly yellowed Countdown rocket base tower?

 

I'd be most grateful, my friend. I'm looking for one with absolutely minimal wear if any, not discoloured and stickers in perfect shape. Even if it's stickers unapplied, that's cool...but there ain't no authentic way for me to fix peeling or worn factory labels without going repro, and I don;t want that at this time for my vintage collection
