Seconding this. I'd love to get v2 Constructor for Christmas. The G2 one is nice but I don't even have a G1 Devastator yet (well, not Masterpiece-size, anyway).
Not sure if I want to go to Taobao for it because of possible QC issues.

    Sorry for the long post!

I've just transformed this into constructor and it's a WOW again, amazing figure. Transformation of each piece got easier as you go along and as you get used to the Toyworld system, and the instructions. The clearance on each figure is very precise and amazing, for example locking the swivel on unearth in alt mode with the locks on the feet, or putting the forearms on bulldozer. There's very little margin for error to keep each piece in place. It was following the instructions to the letter which I noticed this thing with Unearth's tracks. My Unearth is like the unearth below with the longer bar on the outside track system.

The instructions have this bar on the inside, and with the shorter one on the outside as per the attached picture. This pic I found on the internet and is apparently a coloured test shot. This initially had me freaking out as I was transforming it thinking I'd have to swap my legs around. But it doesn't affect transformation.

Just a weird quirk. The instructions must be based on the test shot and Toyworld reversed it for main production? Or it's a difference between v1 and v2 box set? Vids like The Chose Prime (4:28) also show the bars oriented like mine.

Bulldozer also has the tracks on the outside, which the instructions correctly show. I read the last 100 pages or so of this thread so apologies if this was noticed before.

Is there another difference in Constructor's hands also? My V2 doesn't have splaying hands. Chose Prime does around 13:50 as do other V1 pics on the net. I'd have like these as it adds another element to the posing. KFC gonna take it on? haha

EDIT Figured out the splaying fingers. Happy days!

    Hm, that takes me back.

In the 80's I started out with Hook and later Scrapper followed by Mixmaster. Later I got Bonecrusher. Long Haul and Scavenger I didn't buy until much, much later (a few years later). In the meantime, I made a sort of Devastator by having Hook balance on Scrapper and Mixmaster with Bonecrusher (when I got him) attached as an arm. Almost just like this pic :)

Nice photos! Here is a teaser of mine. I will have some up later. i am going to piece together my moon base kits to create a backdrop. Some people like to display theirs in cases and I totally respect that. I like dramatic poses with opposing forces. I was on the fence of whether or not to sell my V1 individual constructors, but after seeing what I can do with them double wielding their weapons I decided HELL TO THE NO!! I'll put some more pics up that are cleaner. These are a bit out of focus and I did them in a rush. Enjoy! Now all I have to do is get rid of all of the individual constructor boxes in the BST forum later tonight. PM if interested. 2.jpg

Eight years ago I tried TFSource for a MP2 part and they came through. I'd purchased my original figure from HK. So I figured why not and asked about a left hand for Bulldozer. I've had luck getting a replacement! They seem to call their stock pile the donor department. I'm not a customer of theirs but there's a cost, $15 + $5 shipping, but it's better than waiting on the alternative of seeing if Toyworld will (ever) reply. I purchased mine from Taobao and the seller has contacted Toyworld. Out of curiosity I asked TFSource also about the V1 Constructor Ox head, would be good to have this alternative with my V2.

So those of you frustrated waiting for any parts, give TFSource a try.

I just disassembled my Constructor, and got the guys to her robot-form. I noticed two things:
1.) I was able to transform them all without any trouble/help/video/instruction (I had lots of trouble woth their first transformation, even with the help of YT-videos), even Burdon, who had never seen robot-mode before.
2.) During their time as Constructor, a lot of their joints seem to became way loose. Did anybody else experienced this?
(I have the V1 green single versions.)

Did the same thing for a part for dev's gun and they also referenced their donor department. Twenty bucks was steep for such a small part, but the alternative was buying concrete again for the gun and I didn't want to drop another 100 bucks. So it worked out in the end.

My replacement Burden arrived today and the replacement has issues as well. Contacted TFS to see what they want to do about it. The figure I sent back had a missable piece on the devistator thigh piece but nothing was wrong with the figure itself. They had me send the whole thing back for a new figure, hope I don't have to do send it back again. IMG_2517.JPG

OMG... I usually am pretty good transforming stuff but this guy is rough. The instructions suck per usual and it is taking forever to get it into combined mode.

Did not watch any videos as of yet / just winging it.

Really? Devastator is very straight forward... And Constructor even more... If you still have trouble try watching EMGO, he is one of the best at explaining transformations...

Don't worry their are some parts that are confusing the first time or so and the instructions are indeed pretty bad. Stuff has to hinge a certain way and all that but eh its all real straight forward once you're familiar with each figure. I'd say concretes shoulder assemblies, shovels leg panels, allocators forearms and unearths combiner connector assembly that annoyed me initially. All easy enough to learn but not quite as intuitive as you'd hope.

I did end up making one single modification with mine and that is the crotch/waist section on Unearth its just way too thick/hard edged where the combiner arm clamp latches and so I shaved that lip of plastic down a tad which thankfully isn't visible in bot or alt mode. Makes clamping that thing on and off so sooo much easier.

Got my replacement Allocator today, and it has the same issue as before. The right leg sheared off at the hip. WTH
