    I think it depends on the state. If I order something from within the U.S., I get taxed. If I order an import, I don't.

    Got my email! Looks about like a 45 min delay?

    I imagine their servers get bombarded when they do this (exclusive release dates) and they just get backlogged with order requests and their email queue.

    I believe tax needs to be charged if they have a physical presence in your state. Amazon recently set up a distribution center here near Milwaukee so now I get charged tax. BBTS is also here in WI so I am also taxed.

    I get taxed and there's no physical presence in Kansas. Again, it's all dependent on your state's laws regarding e-commerce.

    When did these Hascon exclusives go live? I got in an order for Arcee, but Deadpool was LONG gone by the time I logged in.

    Well, she did last for a little over an hour. So that was nice. Would be nicer if there were some sort of pre-order system where we didn't have to watch our screens constantly, just click & forget, even if it does mean some people got bumped to waiting on restocks. I guess we will see if there ARE restocks on HTS or if Arcee is available elsewhere like other online stores or maybe even some big brick stores..
