I sold PX Snarl a while back, but I took pictures of fixing the hips before I did. I always poke around after doing a mod to see if anybody else had come up with it already, and a bunch of people had so I didn't bother with making the mod guide.

I still have the pics, though. I can put together a quick guide if people want.

I used paper to do a fix a while back also. Seems to work splendidly. I cut out and glued a folded piece of paper to extend the two "legs" of the thingy with one "tooth" that touches the gear.

instead of using paper, use a rubber band cut up. it works better and has more springyness. building it up with something that doesnt have much give can wear the tooth, whereas with a rubberband it will give if moved but stays put

Hips on mine are fine but the ankles were really loose. Had to use a straw that someone mentioned on here and that tightened them up.

just cut about a 1/8" section from a straw and fit it over the ball joint and reassemble. some of the plastic might stick out after you reassemble so i just cut off the excess.

Be careful when disassembling there is this orange piece and a vent looking piece that can easily fall out. I didnt realize it until i had put it all back together

The rubberbands work so much better. His hips are really solid now. This is now my new favorite thanks.

Sorry to bring up this thread from the dead, but has anyone had any luck with getting a replacement for the tail?
I just got Summanus and the last tail joints disintegrated on him, I reached out to Planet X but I hear their customer service is less than stellar.

I didn't get him from one of the online stores, so I might contact one of them in the hopes I can buy the tail off them, has anyone had any luck w/ any of them in particular? BBTS? The Chosen Prime? TFSource?

That’s amazing, thanks for offering to look! It’s the last segment on both halves with the huge tail spikes. The circular parts that hold it to the rest of the tail parts and the metal pin goes through fell apart.
Looks like them covering it in paint didn’t do that pin assembly any favors.
    Thanks again!

Anyone use Summanus as the Snarl with the FP LER set? I'm curious how it looks with them.

I'm pretty sure there are a few picks in the Fans project Pinchar ler-07 thread. So many of us gave up on Pinchar and went to either Summanus or toyworld Roar instead. I have Summanus in my pile of loot to do that myself.
