I don't think this is a thing that can happen at all...even with techno organics I don't think it's possible. Xenomorphs have specific needs for reproduction and even beast machine tfs don't have the necessary organs to make it work.

Now if you want to sqaure tfs off against terminators and skynet you might be onto something....

They actually did a story sorta like this where they made one to robot-xeno to infiltrate a hive. Xeno-con drones could be interesting that's a definite maybe.
Maybe more like Alien than Aliens would up the danger. Lots of tight quarters small amount of bots. A lot of places on the ship where they couldn't transform or shoot thus evening things out a bit.
Maybe bunch of stasis pods crash on Xeno infested world and we get a bunch of BW Inferno types thinking they are real Xenos.
    275px-Blood_pretendershell.jpg hmmmm pretenders might work.
This could be interesting maybe like a G1 season 3 vibe.
I dont know Xenomorphs kill to survive. I could see Optimus Prime possibly having a moral dilemma here. If the Xenos were on a planet first and say humans started to terraform it Prime might at some point in a story be sympathetic to Xenos even after they kill humans. Maybe the conflict in this story is morality over carnage.
AH yes he would fit much better pulling the strings in this! and thanks for getting why.
This could be an interesting story for Beachcomber.
correct.jpg respect for such a solid counter point(the whole post)!
Against the clock more than the Xenos. This could be real cool.
Perhaps not physically deadly one on one but I believe as a swarm this would be a different story. The insecticon swarms ran rampant on cybertron for years. It was beaten but was an ordeal. Swarms have been problematic for the transformers. If you cant beat or out think you can always out number and in that sense are they not an antithesis? Pure primality vs technology.
    This is interesting.
    This guy gets it!:buttrock
Maybe its only a problem for certain bots or more of a hinderance. Like slag its a good thing I keep a foot locker of extra hands. Or tires would melt that would suck for a carbot.

Agree or disagree thanks for taking the time to chime in this was cool.

Xenomorph acid is quite potent. Remember in ressurection, they killed one of their own and doused it in acid for it to melt the whole floor thus escaping. And that floor was a reinforced (pressumably) cell inside a spaceship.

I honestly don't think that even G1 Marvel Optimus would be as dumb/naive.

Xenomorphs aren't even people. At best they're non-sapient animals which is quite obvious to know by just looking at them. There's nothing to sympathise with there... Humans killing xenomorphs would be like humans hunting wildlife.
It's actually even less than that because xenomorphs aren't even natural species native to any planet. They're biologically engineered non-sapient weapons infecting other ecosystems. It would be like sympathising with the Insecticon swarm or an army of rogue guardian drones and Autobots did not display any empathy with any of those.

I honestly don't think that xenomorph acid blood is that much of a factor. It was an important factor when aliens were in melee range and facing unprepared opponents. Still, a yautja fighter could take a xenomorph 1 vs 1. Human marines also could take on xenomorphs unless humans were heavily swarmed and had really terrible intel about what they're facing.

Now, Cybertronians rarely fight in melee (most of them actually does not and save for a few of them like Windblade or Drift even their swordsmen carry guns) and the difference between humans or yautja and TFs is that Cybertronians are frequently shown still fighting even with grevious wounds like missing limbs or having their torso pierced.

If it were me, you could pull a crossover under these conditions:

    - The Transformers protagonists are damaged in a crash landing on a Xenomorph host planet with little weaponry at their disposal.
    - No impreg or hosting...that's too weird and entirely unnecessary.
    - The acid is potent (we know it can eat through a large amount of metal before fizzing out, per the original Alien movie).
    - The Transformers have to survive WAVES of xenos as they wait for a rescue ship.
    - Have a secondary lifeform they feel duty-bound to protect that COULD become hosts for new xenos

Maybe if the protagonists were all human/Nebulan headmasters.

Others have been far more articulate, so I'll just add- this cross over would be lame... although, just to play devil's advocate...

With the proper writing, tone and imagination- it could be done rather well. Megatron's been unable to defeat the Autobots for several millennia with every shape of energy based weapon. Imagine a biological force that not only replenishes itself, but also sets up the disposal of those pesky little humans in the process.

If alien blood was written to damage Cybertronians (which it could) there's nothing to prevent it from being an accepted- albeit unlikely cross over. The Transformers of the movie universe don't seem quite as invulnerable as their cartoon and comic counterparts.

Comic fans accept that Batman can play in a league comprised of Gods like Superman- its not much of stretch to think Megatron could take advantage of the one biological compound in the vast universe that could kill his nemesis and harvest it. That's the beauty of fiction- almost anything can be conceived and executed successfully- with the direction and a passionate group of fans.

The Alien in the first movie was designed to evoke techno-organic elements. That might lend credence to the possibility of Xenobots.

I'm not that well researched in Alien backstory but as far as I am the Aliens don't reproduce with synthetic humans and only harm them if they was to attack or get in the way so it seems likely that they would treat transformers similarly as the Aliens only real goal is to continually reproduce.

If this is the case it would at least give the transformers time to plot, plan and study the aliens as they wouldn't immediately be under attack for their bodies.

Given how fast aliens reproduce compared to the non hive minded transformers like vehicons and autotroopers it seems likely the Aliens would have greater numbers and if several was to physically restrain a transformer it would only be a matter of time before they pulled off whatever armour or harder outer areas present and then probed for vulnerable areas like spark casing or transformation cog to melt with acid.

Of course it would be a set back for an alien hive but I suspect that even if the queen was neutralised the alien hive could eventually continue with maybe other members of the hive evolving to assume that role so if the transformers wanted to end an Alien hive they probably be best to study them first to figure out a way starve them out or engineer some kind of disease to kill them off. I know this approach would make the most exciting piece of action fiction but going in like action Heroes would probably end badly.

As for crossover wars I would prefer to see sky net and terminators vs Aliens.

Sky Net versus Transformers would be much more interesting, although it'd probably just end up being a variation of Beast Machines.

I don't think organic Aliens would be able to infect or use TF's as hosts, but that doesn't stop the Quintessons or anyone else (like Shockwave) from using the Xenomorph as inspiration and come up with something that is based on nanites or a heavily modified non-sentient Cybertronian organism that is capable of parasitizing and killing it's host upon 'hatching.' All this organism has to do is escape detection while inside it's host, grow to sufficient size, and then cause enough damage (or disrupt enough) that it kills the host. Maybe part of it's anti-detection program is to install a virus that prevents the host's own systems from scanning for it. This virus could cause a fatal meltdown if the parasite is removed or killed before it's finished 'growing,' plus the creature sends out some form of nanite infiltration as a means to trick the host's immune system (robots?) into accepting it, that will also cause catastrophic systemwide failure if the parasite is removed/killed (the 'You don't dare kill it' scenario.)

As such, as a incidental 'side affect,' when the parasite leaves the host, both of these systems interpret the parasite as dead/removed, and completely wipes the host's computer brain/causes irreparable catastrophic system failure. The parasite has already taken what it wants from the host (raw materials and energy) so it doesn't matter if the host is destroyed. All it needs now is to find more raw materials (preferably from Tfs) to build it's body, grow big enough, and reproduce.

It's just a weird premise because the whole idea of Aliens is based on "rape" and the "horror of male pregnancy". Even CRACKED agrees with me.

So, I'm not so certain I'm REALLY fond of the idea crossing over with a child's toy line...

Another factor, beyond Xenomorphs' disadvantages in a conflict with Cybertronians--

As Cybertronians are not a prey source, Xenos likely would not register them as a target or display overt hostility.

There'd only even be a fight if the Transformers started it.

Of course not that each faction of the T-formers wouldn't have reason to start a fight.

I've been waiting years for this thread.

Several applications of xenomorphs in TF lore:
    1) As others have mentioned, landing on an infested planet where wave upon wave of xeno hordes would overrun the passengers.

    2) Modified teeny tiny xenos that burrow into a tf and wreak havock on their internal systems.

    3) Shockwave or Megatron having a Queen for a pet because badassery.

    4) An augmented, armored xeno like NME from Ultraforce.

    5) My personal head cannon, that the viroid DNA strain that the Engineers designed for cleansing biological planets was modified for cyberform planets. It would lie dormant inside an energon goodie until ingested. Once inside the body it would nourish itself from surrou di g material to grow.

Depending on the host and gestation conditions, the implant could attach itself to the spark and result in freak physical deformities that make the crazed host very strong but unable to transform, or a monstrosity of unrecognizeable semi-transformed bits (like John Carpenter's The Thing) or if the host is especially hospitable, the parasite will actually absorb its host spark and burst out of the drained husk.

The latter exomporph would retain some of its host's characteristics (physical features of the alt mode like wings, turbines, fur, etc) but also some of the character traits but with agression pumped to 11.

Their weakness would be their high power requirements, so they are sure to nest close to a power source and their attacks would be brutal but brief as they would flee a long battle in order to recharge.

Their "acid spit" would be a mercury liquid composed of tiny drill nanites that activate upon contact but burn out after they've exceeded their power supply.

If one of these exomorphs grows to its final stage, it can spawn a legion of vicious little walkins syringes (like Tarantulas' spiderneedle that took control of Primal) to replicate its viral code in others and birth an army of loyal cyberdrones.

Like I said, I've had years to think about this.

    Yep.

Quite possibly by the xenomorph's senses a Cybertronian ain't anything more alive or edible than a set of automated sliding door. No damn given until it attacks.

On a planet filled only with xenomorphs and other non-sapient wildlife, with no "innocent bystanders" being threatened by 'morphs, there would be no reason for even Autobots to do anything else but to simply ignore the aliens.

Oddly enough I think I would still watch that movie. An hour and a half of Transformers and xenomorphs ignoring each other. :D

I don't think the acid blood is much of a factor either way, it could do some damage but only that. The size difference is too much and almost all TFs have ranged weaponary anyway, they don't even have to touch them.
