Just glad that Onslaught had such a pivotal role in the movie. Aside from them really not being shown much, a lot of the D-Cons would have looked decent in toy form.

It's hard to comprehend why someone would make CONCEPT ART if something Thats clearly a minor revamp of something already made. What's the point?

 

If this was their way to do right by the previous wasted design potential of long haul to Onslaught they failed fantastically. With how most of these Decepticons were executed in TLK I swear to you anybody could do better.

 

Seeing the Onslaught concept makes me wish he was named something more like Roadkill or Brainfart...cuz he was far far far away over the hill past the island from being the badass Onslaught as he should have been. All that weaponry and yet he used none of it. Pointless just pointless and a waste
Hell even 07 Bonecrusher had a badass "15 seconds of fame" scene before he was decapitated

 

The modelers and animators need a reference.

 

Hasbro completely skipped on making this guy. With the Premier Edition boxes and how some of the toys actually look, I\'m pretty sure he could fit but here\'s hoping TF6 makes him and the other two.

 

Longslaught

 

Here\'s hoping a third party company will make a voyager/leader class onslaught. Worst case senario is that I\'ll have to heavily customise HFTD Payload.

Onslaught was such a waste of the name.
And we\'ve already had Brawl in the first movie aswell. >.<

 

Are they even trying anymore with this franchise? 

 

In brawls defense and least he had a shootout before being killed. He didn't just show up with badass weapons, didnt use them and have his head hand it to him

 

Nah, you're giving people too much a credit if you think anyone can do it better. In fact, a lot of Transformers fans can't write good transformers stories to save their life. No offense.

 

Not to mention they use concept art to sell a movie to investors and to help pitch movies.

Asking why concept art is important is the same as asking why people still buy books. It's a completely uninformed "opinion" and shows how little someone knows about the process of making a movie.

 

Awesome artwork... yet Onslaught never got a chance to unleash his capabilities in action. WHY, MICHAEL BAY, WHHHHHHYY!?  

 

My point is why a new piece was necessary. Just use the existing long haul
