Undecided about the Sqweeks figure, I haven't seen the movie, did not want to pay for it. Anyone get all three?

I think the question is how do you feel about the design? He's not in the movie much. Character is less obnoxious than some of the descriptions would lead you to believe- but very little screen time. You probably won't get attached to him.

 

Here they are on display at SDCC! They look incredible and a better look than the darker announcement photos.

 

The LED light up function really does wonders.
They look "dead" without the light up eyes, but I feel funny about leaving in watch batteries because they tend to corrode easily. Especially the cheapo-Ebay ones.

If only they had an AC/DC adapter.

 

The next figures in Wave 2 will be Megatron and Barricade. Confirmed by Greg from 3A at SDCC.

Does anyone know how long payment window will be opened and do they say in advance about its closing?

 

They said they're gonna try and keep it up for 8 weeks. So I would say PO will close towards the end of August.

Barricade will be a definite pass for me. It's possible but unlikely I might like Megatron enough to jump.

 

Thanks, I hoped, I can wait till september, because the exchange rate for rouble is seasonally very weak (nobody buys russian gas in summer), maybe I'll manage to save on the second half of money in early 2018.

Already bought Optimus.

Either they will clash on my Sideboard / Cupboard Sword on Sword like Cloud and Sephiroth from FF7
or if Garatron / or another 3rd Party will release an Unicron in the Future, they will both tackle Unicron  

I hope Megatron will also come with an Alternate Bambaland Head.

I think megatron's battle mask is too important to be exclusive, it should be included in both bamba exc & retail...

I'm thinking Starscream's dead head or merlin's staff as bamba exclusive...

as for barricade I just can't thinking what will be his exclusive... maybe just weapon..?

Oh man, Barricade! Definitely going to pick him up! Such a cool design. Megatron's TLK design was great too but in the end his character development just wasn't there in the movie, much to my disappointment.

Not that Barricade had much screen time or development either, but I loved his real world alt mode (and the bits that end up in his bot mode) so that helps win me over this time. Looking forward to seeing Barricade's reveal!
