I read your entire post, you came to the conclusion that the toys are "fake". This is incorrect, the toys are placeholders in some regards, new in others. Placeholder does not equal fake.

Hasbro has given us deluxe class seekers, we said they were too small, voyager class please, Hasbro listened. they gave us leader class seekers, thank you very much Hasbro but these are too big voyager class seekers please, they listened.

Hasbro finally gives us a "decent" voyager class seeker mold and it's ONLY being used for Starscream!? .................

We just want a full set of voyager class seekers Hasbro. it's ONE mold you can sell a minimum of 3 times, 6 if you do the rainmakers and 9 if you do the coneheads. The ONE kind of figure we ASK Hasbro to repaint the everliving shit out of and they never do...

i know for a FACT i would buy ALL 9 of those figures. i WANT hasbro to sell me the same thing 9 times!

 

Well, Elita 1 is clearly from the Starscream mold. So they decided to still reuse the mold, just in a way designed specifically to attack you, TFW2005 poster Dr. Oblivian.

 

Not to be a dick, but how the hell is this another PM Prime!!? It's not! Mechanically yeah there are parts of the trailer making a larger Prime, but aesthetically it's G1 Prime 95%

Even conceptually it's different as the idea is a smaller robot is made larger by the Matrix not a Powermaster. Compare the 2 and very different. There are some gray panels on the arms and legs, but I'm thinking those possibly could be removable given the gimmick here. I do hope there's customizable potential here. Anyway legs are all G1, chest and grill G1, Blocky arms and shoulders with smokestacks on the shoulders. I love it. My Super Ginrai will still be taller too. I'm excited.

Damn small Dinobots though.

I've seen several people in this thread comment that the Dinobots will combine. Where does it say so? And where did this "rumor that they will combine begin with? Other than that, liking the reveals if they turn out true.

 

So FYI, I do believe this is legit, not a hoax.  I searched social media and was able to find a Raffy Rodriguez who does indeed work for Hasbro, which matches the name on the watermark in those leaked pics.  So there\'s a good chance these pics are for real.  I just hope Raffy Rodriguez still has his job after today!  If this wasn\'t a staged \"leak\", then, he\'s probably in a lot of trouble!  (I think he\'s Filipino, working for Hasbro somewhere in Asia, possibly Singapore, from what I can tell).

 

We're basing that on the fact that all revealed Voyagers and deluxes so far combine.

 

Deluxes are combiner limbs, voyagers have combiner ports, this was found out through the sdcc reveal and deductive reasoning

 

The Deluxes we've seen all have combiner ports and have snap-on armor that looks to form a hand, and the Voyagers have the combiner sockets and armor that's clearly combiner feet.

 

Ah, ok. I see then. I guess I haven't really been keeping on top of reveals lately. But in any case, I'm not too bothered by the Dinobots combining, personally. Juts don't combine them if it bugs you, lol.

 

I want this to be true. However, does anyone else find it odd they showed off wave 2 stuff last weekend at sdcc? And there aren't enough matching guys to fit into those combiners? Jazz inferno. Where are the other three? Where are the other two deceptions?

 

Too many people hung up on "Beast" for ridiculous reasons. They'll get over it.....or maybe they wont. Screw em. Im getting Combiner Dinos!

 

keep in mind this only shows 4 waves. Still a few more to go. I suspect they wanted those to not have to compete with the more sought after Dinobots/Terrorcons

 

Seriously? I thought that thing was hilarious and funny, personally. Probably won't combine the dinobots if I get them though.

 

Additionally John Warden said in an interview at SDCC that the figures had additional features and functionality that they weren't talking about yet. Which is probably why they didn't display the clip-on armor for Deluxes and Voyagers - it would have made it too obvious that they were also hands and feet for the combined forms. And if this latest leak is to believed, all the Voyager class figures come with an Enigma of Combination (rather than a Prime Master or a Matrix).
