Sorry Micheal, full knee bend, not 45 degrees. But dalianjj did shut me up about balance. So to him I say "Thank you, may I have another."

Like TCP reviewer said, "not having a seat", in a thrown, sitting down to talk with Optimus, or doing a big thigh to waist stomp anytime soon. But the pros out weigh the cons in this figure to complete my purchase. Now if we can get a shot of FT Terminus stomping DX9 Blitzwing.....
    Fan Toys is king.

Thinking back, Planet X version was $400. I know people are leery on the price compared to Gabriel, but after seeing TCP review, the $340 is worth it. Much bigger than Planet X and balances better. Looks much better than Gabriel IMHO. If my wife wasn't tired of all the TFs I own I would add this. Enjoy all you Terminus Giganticus owners!

I wasn't interested in this. I'm not really slavish to G1 Animation. FT designs typically leave me cold. But I watched that video and I'm on board. $340 for all that is nuts. I've spent more than that on bots that are dwarfed by this monstrosity.

I spent $400 on Maketoys Pandinus and he was worth it. This guy is easily worth more than $400. In comparison, $340 is cheap for him.

Pre-charged, (insurance) just in case Gabby turns out sexier.

About your problem with the backpack. Did you try plugging the front section in first then folding it back over the shoulder? Thats what The Chosen Prime did and it worked fine.

The only thing stopping me from ordering is whether or not this fits in a Detolf. Hope the wingspan isn't bigger than 15-16 inches.

first impression based on the picture:
    - ive still feel that the rocket (hands) still small, at least MP Bumblebee can fit inside
    - hopefully additional tracks can be added

Mass shifting is a bitch. What about those mini diecast figs that came with official set, they would work. Or even some WST Transformers.

At the former price point I was definitely out. But after the drop and the two reviews that I have just seen I think that I might be back in. He is...beautiful.  If only I knew where to display this monster. I really have no idea at the moment since I've run out of space.

I've since done it that way and it does work better. Just didn't try doing that in the video. Sorry about that

Gutted :(  Thanks for letting me know.

EDIT: for some reason I can't give your comment a like. Awesome collection BTW, I'll have to get those Toyhax backgrounds at some point.

The only thing stopping me from ordering is my wife... And the fact this "Big Boy" is bigger than my daughter.

After watching the video reviews, it appears that Terminus isn't stable when standing straight up. In both vids I watched he stabilized when his hips were turned outwards, otherwise he seemed wobbly. Is this truly the case? Also, is the swirly plastic really going to be present in the retail versions? How do you guys/girls feel about that?

as been said by others and myself earlier in the thread when you have a bot this size and it transforms there will be some wobble... i'm betting dx9's will be the same ( but could be proved wrong on that )

i'm not bothered by the swirley plastic :)

Seems fine to me its not the final release as far as we know so could be improved upon before release as for the plastic I'm not bothered by that
