The KO might be cheaper and made of cheap hard plastic, but don't be mistaken, the joints are tight, much tighter than the originals. For the price, I think is a better quality than those pasar malam ones.

Yup. bought the OP there yesterday. I have all the others (Starscream, BB, Megs, Powerglide, Rodddy) bought from other Miniso stores and have been searching for OP like forever. very surprised to see Miniso still selling these at Great World City, especially since other Miniso stores have already sold out of their stock.

Around 13 dollars. I think you may be able to find some Warrior Fracture at that price at OG Albert still, in the clearance bins, no confirm.

Is this set available yet? The Siege on Cybertron set? I haven't seen it anywhere. I was originally guessing it was going to be some department store exclusive.
By the way the Chaos on Velocitron set that is a TRU exclusive. According to what i saw on the price tag, the current sale price is $199.9 but apparently it's $329.95 normally.

    Not applicable.

It's an online promo but here's a couple more things you would wanna consider before jumping into it:

I was told that you can't choose the box so if you're a box collector, amen. (I did casually asked their staffs about the condition of these & the reply was honest. She told me bad...real bad. She had seen some pieces that had been opened before & taped back while some others have torn flaps so I was "advised" not to have high expectations on these. Also, since some of these are already opened, she can't guarantee that it would be complete but if it wasn't, TRU would facilitate some return options for it. If you are someone who is a risk taker & has alot of time on your hand to communicate back & forth with the toy giant, I say go for it.) :p

There's also a delivery charge of SGD $18. (Well unless you're buying at least 2X units, they will deliver to you for free)

Instead of going through all these hassles, I would suggest that you go get yours from the specialty shops instead? Couple of those are throwing out theirs at $180? (Which works out to be almost the same if you would get it from TRU Online.)

At least you get to choose your piece(s) straight up.

True. When it was put on sale at Waterway point for the TLK fair, the boxes were in very bad condition and like Automorpher mentioned, some have the tapes opened, or doubled taped. I saw them personally myself.

I also saw one (and only one) at Metro Centrepoint when it went on the S$150 sale, and the condition is the same.

Hmm so i guess alternative means is the only way for now. But i seriously doubt Hasbro would pass up a chance to make money by selling another box set. Especially in Asia where there is like limited edition everything here.

Yup. I had the same when they were blowing out Combiner Wars Leader starscream and Platinum Trypticon. Man those boxes were totally trashed and in at least one instance the crown for starscream was gone. Lucky i noticed it too.

Was at Takashimaya tonight. So as it turns out that Siege of Cybertron box set looks to be a Taka exclusive. I haven't seen it anywhere else. It's $199.9
