I'm going to repost my list from a while ago; thankfully somewhat shorter due to previous inductions:

Rattrap (Beast Wars)
The Bugs Bunny of Transformers! What more need I say?  

Blackarachina (Beast Wars)
Thoughtfully and intelligently characterized with complex motivations, Blackarachnia is also the best written female character in the franchise.

Sky-Byte! (R.I.D 1.0)
He's a flying shark;
thoroughly entertaining;
needs recognition!  

Carnivac (Marvel)
A complex character with depth and development, who should not be overlooked!

Bludgeon (Marvel)
An intelligent, compentant character who continues to endure despite never receiving an appearance outside of comics, Bludgeon deserves a chance to be recognized.

I'm not seeing an option listed this year for actors, designers, and artists, so, I'd like to list a few here as well that I feel deserve recognition: if Hasbro is no longer doing a Hall of Fame for this category, I apologize for the extended post.

Their incredible writing helped light the darkest hour, and gave us some of the most unforgettable moments in the history of the franchise!

Designers:

Hisashi Yuki
The man who brought us both Lio Convoy, and Big Convoy, who was responsible for not only designing R.I.D. Optimus Prime, but for also inventing the Handshake Combination method and ensuring it's use in the animated series, as well as designing the dual-use torso for Classics Sideswipe and Sunstreaker, which in turn also gave us Punch/Counterpunch. These revolutionary designs should be both remembered and commended!
