That Animated Samurai Prowl. The one that came with the sidecar. So fiddly. Not fun at all.

Shadow Blade Sideswipe - As much as I love any iteration of Swipe, this figure had me so frustrated that he's now living in a storage box, never again to see the light of day.

MP Exhaust- his backpack refuses to peg, no matter what. He's the reason poor MP Jackie is still in alt mode.

MP Tracks and Road Rage. The leg pegs, that form the hood in alt mode, are a royal pain in the aft to seperate. They're unbelievably tight on mine. Loud Pedal remains in alt mode.

I'm very disappointed with the low quality and design issues of MP-36 Megatron, these are unacceptable, particularly in this price range, and his unnecessary over complicated transformation is the worst part of the figure.

This over complicated transformation with low quality materials is just a call to disaster.

Gotta add the deathstar/ Vader transformer. Making him the Death Star is such a finicky pain in the ass!

ROTF Skids and RTS perceptor because of their fiddliness. ROTF leader prime is a close runner-up also for being fiddly

As for official products, I've yet to get MP-36 (that'll be my first TF that I don't transform. I don't want figures that don't transform, and I want to go through that process at lead once, but in his case I'll make an exception regarding the latter). I would have to say that Generations Springer/Sandstorm, owing to those tabbing-in issues. I also do not like transforming Prowl, but only because I like him so much and don't want to wear any bits to much. And I agree with MP Soundwave - there are those two bits that made me feel like I'm going to break him.

3P, I've got to say Sovereign. I did this once, and felt like I might break something. Hated that transformation. I like the toy, and he is my Galvatron, but the transformation... Well, I'll put it this way: I'll. never. transform. him. again.
Also, FT Willis. Because the way the arms hide under the hood, because that part when he's only on that narrow bit of metal in the waist, and because of the feet. Shame, because unlike Sovereign, his alt mode is great.

There are many. Energon Mirage, DotM leader Sentinel Prime, 2007 Movie Optimus, Universe 2.0 Ironhide...just a few of the "too fiddly for their own good" figures I remember.

I have about 387 pieces in my collection of Megatron figures. I got beast war transmetal Megatron, even being gentle It broke on its first transformation. The figures are not known for their durability. I understand why people would find that strange that I do not transform them.

Any and all Masterpiece! I think there were tears in my eyes when MP Ultra Magnus was already in robot mode.

Oh, well, we'll agree to disagree then. I find MP36 to be the most fun and involved transformation of the entire line. I found it to be incredibly inventive with how they managed to turn a robot into a gun so seemlessly and make it look just like the cartoon.

Won't go into 3rd party, but MP-5,MP-9, and The Reveal the Shield/United Wreck-Gar come to mind. MP-9 made me quit MPs (after TFS MP Soundwave debacle).

I dunno, that "prone to randomly exploding" part takes the cake. I HATE transforming MP-9. I have V.1 in Winnebago mode and V. 2 in robot mode and he's gonna stay that way forever. :p

Agreed, I dislike complicated transformations, but I can do MP-36 without instructions. It's very intuitive and everything "makes sense". Can't explain that part, but it just does.

Two that really come to mind are rotf Jetfire and mp5 Megatron. Jetfire is more annoying then difficult, you have to do each step in the excact same order. Megatron is more about complexity and time, i dont think i ever truly transformed that figure.

Oh agreed, sorry I wasn't clear. MP-09 is probably still worse but I no longer own either of the two I had. Therefore he's dropped off the list as I just don't even think about him any more since I replaced him with the more recent MP Hot Rod. I doubt I will ever transform MP-36 ever again, I recently had a nightmare attaching his stand for the first time, it appears he was designed with the sole expressed purpose of infuriating me.

TF Prime First Edition Cliffjumper....It's easy to do, but it just doesn't hold together that well. Gaps...gaps everywhere...
