I did wonder why they didn't really follow up on that thing watching BB-8 as he left the village. Now we know what it was.

Seemed like Kevin Bacon should have been in it.

Wait, was that an entire episode? Less than 3 minutes long? Wow, that's short.

We will be getting one later by the looks of it.

Yeah it's just a mini series of shorts.

Huh. Would've thought they'd be at least 5 minutes long. Less than 3 is just so short. Still, it's not like this is something that's particularly interesting but it does surprise me.

Not to mention the Queen Amidala dolls back in 1999 when The Phantom Menace was in theaters at the time.

Mid 90s - ROTS had Hasbro doing a line of 12" dolls (I mean figures). I liked those a lot. Even made a few customs of figures they didn't do. General Veers and Lando in Smuggler Outfit (aka, raided Han's closet). Even my own creation of Han getting revenge on Lando and raided his closet. Aka, switched their clothes.

It's a perfectly acceptable little short. I can't say I'll remember it much, but I'm glad I spent 3 minutes on it.

    That's some cheap-ass animation.

I really like the premise of this show, and I love that Daisy Ridley agreed to return for this. I also really like that this fits into canon.

What i don't like is the animation. I know this is just a short youtube thing and not meant to be a full fledged show; but there's no getting around how subpar it looks. The 2003 Clone Wars did the same style of animation but better. I really expect higher of Lucasfilm and Disney.

Still fun shorts though, I'm looking forward to the Clone Wars ones.

Hey guys! So I just found out that Mark Hamill reprised his role for this webisode. It was really neat to hear him as young Luke. I actually really liked this one.

And for those who complained about it being just about the ladies of Star Wars, this one’s for them as it has no female characters. Congrats, I guess?

Yeah, I thought this one was pretty neat. Figured it would only be a matter of time before ESB Luke gets an episode since they made a figure of him for the line.

Mark voicing an animated Luke is cool in general, and I’m hoping this means he’d he open to voicing Luke in a new animated series. I think he’d do better voicing an older, more stoic Luke, though — he doesn’t sound like a young kid anymore. I suppose decades of the Joker voice/laugh will do that too you...

I'm still waiting for someone to put the Bad Lip Reading seagulls song over this.

I'd even do it myself...if I had time.
