Customs: anyone know the font used on G2 toys?

    the font in particular they used for the toys that had the "autobot" or "decepticon" tampographs somewhere on the toy, im working on some decals and have already frustratingly burned through 10 different fonts and none of them seem to fit

    You might be better off opening the photo in Illustrator (preferably) or Photoshop (if you have them) and trying to make your own font out of it. I wouldn't mind giving it a try if you could provide me with some pictures, although I can't promise I'll be able to get it done exceptionally fast.

    Eurostile is the font used. It's the same one used for much of the G1 packaging as well.

    thanks superquad, i whipped up a quick template for the decepticon logo (even threw in the (R) symbol for full effect)

    also the font used on that logo on the toy is Eurostile Bold. ;)
