If not a retool, definitely a repaint or Chromedome/Dead End reuse of the transformation.

 

I *love* that toy and would have loved to see him in fiction just for the mechanics of that beast mode.

 

Damn. Wishing it was bigger in alt mode. I love the looks of it. The bot has the height but I like AOE deluxe better. So weijiang, can you make it bigger in Dino and kinda combined the bot look from deluxe and Voyager. The arms out of the shoulder aren\'t as cool as the Dino head/hand conversion. Miss the big spikes over the shoulder look but other than those things, that Voyager bot head a body look badass. I\'m not meaning to gripe. Definitely getting this monstrous con killing badass

 

If it's a solid alt mode, I actually kinda like that he's this Deluxe sized dinosaur that explodes into a giant robot. Makes him stand out in bot mode while still not towering over Grimlock in their respective dino modes.

 

Right?! That fascinates me

 

This figure looks good, but the Dinobots are barely even in these movies. If I were to get this guy I'd paint him mostly dark silver with a lot of rust details and call him one of the guardian knights. Put him along Skullitron and Dragonstorm.

Crazy that the dino mode of the deluxe is almost the same size. I'm pleased that his bot mode is much bigger though. Scorn is supposed to be the biggest of them all at something like 87' tall.

 

Scorn, who isn\'t even in the film gets a Voyager while none of the Knights are Voyager(Dragonstorm knights are below Voyager, above Deluxe)? That makes no sense at all, Steelbane, Skullitron and the others would have been so much better as Voyagers and there are still 8 more knights that could have been made. Someone please get a hold of Wei Jiang, KBB and plead with them to make KO OS of the 4 Knights we did get, could easily retool or remold Stromreign, Dragonicus and Steelbane to give us the remaining 8 Knights. Skyhammer has its problems. Cool design idea, but some parts are really weird. The lack of thigh swivels is ridiculous, and the swivel right below the knee is weird and awkward.

 

Definitely agree, but overall the designers tried to do something new and it really paid off. Also, his Mechtech weapon is one of the coolest of the line with that locking blade mechanism and a cool gun design, but the handle of mine just randomly broke...

 

Ive only gotten the Aoe Drift retool of him. Never had his mechtech weapon.

 

Oh I see. The swords look to be a really nice replacement, still.

 

Scorn looks pretty good in robot mode, but I can see why people are dissapointed by the dino mode is barely larger than the AOE Deluxe mold.

I can appreciate that the designers can make the figure to be able to transforms into a Voyager-sized robot mode from a Deluxe-sized alt mode, kinda like the ROTF Lockdown mold.

 

First time in a long time where the Voyager figure is worse than it\'s deluxe counterpart... The quality of their mainline releases continue to disappoint, and I don\'t see that ever changing at this point.

 

The swords are actually oversized and ridiculous.

Yeah I was mainly interested in the figure for the dino mode, but seeing that it's almost the same size and other than the tail is inferior compared to the AOE Deluxe, it's not worth getting in my opinion.

 

I never did get the AoE deluxe and this looks reaally nice so this is a must get for me.
