    I'm don't think the hips issue is as bad as it seems. Just seen one review talking about it.

    Apparently the main ratchet joint on the hips has a spring inside that makes it sooooo tight, the ratchet snaps within days.
    There are already people putting up posts of how to perform surgery to cut the spring in half (to ease the tension) and some other fixes, but it looks mighty scary for a figure of this price and caliber.
