Went to Universal Studios Hollywood the other day and I saw a bit of Reveal Your Shield stuff as well as a new little TLK figurine set.

Oops I was in a bit of a hurry to get to Transformers The Ride so I forgot to check the price haha (I'd assume that it's pretty expensive, though, considering how Universal Studios bumps up the prices for all their TF merchandise) Also, fyi those t-shirts were only in kid sizes.

 

I'm really digging that Sqweeks, looks really screen accurate, just needs some paint. Also, depending on the size of these figures, that Sqweeks may scale more accurately with your standard deluxe and voyager figures.

 

So the logo exists as both "Reveal The Shield" and "Reveal Your Shield".

Unfortunately, I think that shirt only comes in kid sizes, or possibly even one size. That design is pretty sweet and I thought it would've been a cool shirt for all TF movie fans until I held one and realized how small it was  

 

It's the reflection of a really expensive scale model movie Starscream statue that's in a glass box with some other expensive movie collector's items lol

 

Pretty sure "Reveal The Shield" is only from the Transformers Generations line, while "Reveal Your Shield" is from TLK

So two working names...they made some earlier and realized their mistake.

 

But with both out in the wild in some capacity...

Which came first, and which is "final"?

 

They're both used for different things.

"Reveal your shield" is meant for the audience and was used as a marketing tool for fans to declare a side on social media: Autobots or Decepticons.

And you can't really reveal your shield on a product since it's not your shield—it's the product's shield. So they use "reveal the shield" for merchandising where you have physically reveal something.

 

There was a seller on Ebay out of Orlando a few weeks back that had the Reveal the Shield shirt, adults sizes, which is where I got mine. I just checked and she's out of stock now but it would be worth checking every so often as she could get some more.
