Bay is history. Who do you guys want to see direct going forward?

 

Just like when he was leaving after ROTF? Or when he was leaving after DOTM? Or what about when he announced he was leaving after AOE?

Bay aint going anywhere.

 

I am on my way back home after seeing the movie in IMAX 3D for the first time. Is it weird that I liked it? It had its cons but also had its pros. One of the cons is that it was just a little bit fast paced and it didn't allow the audience to digest scenes, therefore it made lines cringy asf at times....but yeah, I thought it was decent, better than AOE I reckon...I may change my mind later though...

 

What Starscream Gaga said. That and even if Bay, for once, sticks to his word and doesn't direct another TF film, he's already left his mark. This universe was born from his first trilogy and since then they've tried giving the universe a new beginning, twice, with him still directing. Add in that, if I'm not mistaken, he'll be producing all films in the TF cinematic universe and the universe has basically become his. This is and forever will be Bayformers.

 

They really seemed to enjoy the Warcraft movie. Enough said.  

 

This one was especially bad. Here's hoping the next one becomes a reboot that does some justice to the franchise.

Wow. Apparently all Chinese audiences need to be happy with a movie is billions of explosions and crazy amounts of CGI with little to no understandable plot dangled in front of their faces.

People that bash American audiences for not liking the movies anymore...have you considered that maybe some people are realizing these movies have gotten tiring? It's the same old, same old. Just like almost every reviewer I've read or heard say even? That they want something new done with their beloved franchise?

I know I'd like to see the Transformers movie franchise try something new. Reboot or whatever. Start fresh, with no Michael Bay attached anywhere. Just would to see someone else's take on things. (Not counting the Bumblebee solo movie.)

 

Well. Guess we should prepare for more of the same. Thanks China, really helping getting these films to reboot

 

Without the movies we would't have the IDW comics lasting as long as they did, MP's being made at the rate and quality they are, and obscure cool guys from the back end of Euro G1 being made again. Food for thought.

 

Hate to say this, but I told you that TF5 was going to do better overseas.

I really like how people let critics control there lives in what movies they should and should not see instead of judging for them self people don't realize add giant alien robots to mad max fury road you get transformers movie, critics like movie REVENANT I hated trailer look boring I had no intention to see that movie but only reason I watch movie REVENANT critics like so much hat it was long and boring my father wanted to see movie I saw movie REVENANT with him you know what critics like movie but it was extreamly long and boring.

If critic tells someone jump off bridge I tell them think for your self watch movie first befor you listen critic don't let mommy and daddy critic tell you what to do in life what movies you should see trailer looks good for you see in theater go see it regardless what critics and people say you want see movie as fan of comic book movies, transformers go see them support them you know what critics don't like them comic book movies if they did they get emmys and golden globes as winners people saw every marvel movie ever made in theater not every critic gave them score above fifty but those people still saw every marvel movie to be made

 

I'll believe Bay is gone when it happens. Not a moment sooner.

 I\'ve seen every TF movie in theaters except TLK.  I had high hopes for this one, but after reading and watching so many extremely negative TF movie fans reviews, I just can\'t do it.  I normally NEVER let anyone\'s review stop me from watching a movie, but seeing TF fans who have defended M Bay for years say, \"I really hope Bay is finished,\" speaks volumes. 

The trailers looked amazing and made it look like this was going to be the best TF movie.  I\'ll just wait for it to fine out on blu ray.  Btw, the reason why three movies make so much money is because people want to see transforming robots, not because Bay directed them. 

If you can\'t get it right buy movie #5, it\'s time for a total reboot with new purple across the board.  Personally, all the changes that came with how the robots look came too little, too late. 

 

The reason typical bay fans don't like it is because it's fast paced and dumps A LOT of info, you have to be paying attention the whole time. To quote diamondbolt "if you blinked, you probably missed something important".

 

Don't let the angry, no fun mob stop you. TLK is a fun movie with great characters and an interesting plot. The action is over the top and the humor is genuinely funny. I'd be more than surprised if you didn't actually like it.
