Strange, the MPM Prime haven't got attention from Takara, this helps the fact that is coming in september and the release in singapore was rushed.

    What do you think @Actar.

I can only surmise that the delay is caused by production issues due to the mainline movieverse figures being released for the summer, similar to the delay in LG figures being released in Japan. Throw in RID and the main Masterpiece line to complicate things further. There are only so many factories and molds to go around shared between Hasbro and Takara, I think. Just my theory.

Is this the first we've seen Cab and Minerva's face sculpts?

Really wish Takara changed up their movieverse figures, like they do their Generations ones. I really want a version of Drift with a black lower torso. Also, it's such a pity that golden shield has such a limited release. It's really weird seeing AOE Opimus with his DOTM shield. Then again, it'd probably look weird seeing him with a shield that's golden, too.

Meh. No MP Dinobot, same old Hasbro movie toys. It's a real shame that they decided to properly paint the garbage AoE figures of all things, but when we actually get some good molds for a movie again they go back to just releasing the Hasbro versions without any changes. WTF.

Guess I'll have to wait for the next anniversary line in 5-10 years to get that Voyager Megatron with a nice Takara paint job.

The text mentions it's from a subline called メタコレ(metakore) which is short for metal collection. The Optimus next to him is from the same line. They're small diecast figures.

I like him. It's nicely detailed (I think- I'd like to see better) and it's an ideal size. The deluxe is a bit big with so-so paint and a backpack nearly as big as he is. I think this will be the one for me.

If it directly competes with thier Leader TLK figure, I can understand not promoting the Movie MP...

Oh, I guess I just missed those, I had thought it odd that it seemed like they specifically weren't showing those...
