Dude, michael bay has done such a horrific job that the movies can ONLY get better from here.

 

Don't worry about CG, Bay makes terrible use of ILM! Look how good the fights are in Pacific Rim. ILM are incredible, but they still do what the director asks for. All those blurry million miles per hour extreme close up impossible to follow fights. That's Bay!

Also don't worry about the story. Bay can't tell one.

Bays a business man and a salesman, and a camera geek. He's a gifted producer, but a horrible director.

That's a load of shit, the HARD work of integrating them into the environment and framing the shots is ALL Bay, AND he oversees all of the CG from ILM, so Bay is where that credit is due.

 

It is a legitimate concern, let's be realistic here Bay is not the bottom of the barrel. Shit could get worse, and for people to be nervous about the future of the franchise is completely understandable.

Well no, Bays the one who takes ILMs hard work, makes them zoom and speed it up until its unwatchable, then puts it in the middle (and often behind and just out of shot) of poorly paced and ineffectively told fantasy stories.
