So in a nutshell:

Quintessa wants to destroy Earth/Unicron using Optimus as her harbinger

TRF wants to destroy the Autobots using Megs and his Cons

Quintessa's vileness ends up with what remains of Cybertron being destroyed

TRF stupidity ends up with Earth almost being destroyed

Megs and his Cons get their afts royally kicked, again. Resulting in all but Megs and Barricade biting it

Optimus nearly kills the Bot he raised as a son but Bee miraculously gets his voice back at the last crucial moment, and the sound of his voice saves Optimus

There are zero Autobot losses, except for Canopy. That's one giant middle finger in the faces of the idiotic TRF, lol

Lennox betrays the Bots. What an asshat. Too bad he survives.

There are Bots in sanctuary countries, as proven by Topspin and Roadbuster living in Cuba with Simmons

Cade is the last knight (shocking, it's once again a human to save everyone   )

Cogman is nothing more than a non-transforming man servant, with obvious mental issues

Drift and Crosshairs are a badass dynamic duo  

 

After watching TF1 and TF2, I can see why Lockdowns words about being built makes some sense.
Optimus never knew where the cube came from. The cube also contains information about their species and their history, which the transformers don't fully know.
The hatchlings on the other hand. .looked like they were born.

TBF, the Decepticons get their rear handed to them every time they do anything and experience massive loses each time while Optimus amasses a larger and larger army of Autobots.

 

You are not wrong. With that logic, the Autobots are a bigger threat, especially if you don't see them as benign.

 

So does Topspin finally speak? Also, are you sure Cogman never uses his Headmaster ability? I mean, we did see his Aston Martin alt mode on set, so hopefully they didn't cut that out... fingers crossed!

Which makes you wonder how the hell the war got locked into a stalemate for thousands of years.

 

Simple, numbers. Send enough b1 battle droids in, and even the best Jedi will fall.

 

1.) So what kinda of accent does Bee have?
2.) Why exactly are Izzy and Sqweeks in the final battle?
3.) Why are there more Decepticon protoforms?
4.) Are the Decepticon protoforms those meteor things we see crashing in cities in some TV spots?
5.) How does Optimus get redeemed at the end?
6.) Does Jess Harnell voice Barricade again?
7.) Do the knights speak?
8.) What happens to Dragonstorm and the other knights at the end?
9.) About how many times does Optimus actually transform?
10.) What exactly happens to Megatron and Quintessa at the end?
11.) Where does Optimus first find Quintessa, and why is he floating through space?
12.) How does Optimus get back to Earth?
13.) Does Sqweeks transform?
14.) Is Brains in the movie?
15.) Is Epps in the movie?

Well, that's a relief. That was my only real concern here.

 

This really is annoying me honestly. With the way it's being treated, it feels as if "Oh holy crap this is going to be incredible!" when in reality it's nothing crazy. These whole "Don't talk about the end credits scene!" posts are honestly, in effect, actually ruining it a little bit by causing overhype.

 

It's nothing too crazy...in fact it was basically said in this thread but no one noticed

 

Yeah that's how I found out about it, I saw it. I'm just saying compared to what it is, it's definitely something overhyped. From what people were saying about not talking about it, you'd think literally Primus himself came down and did something.

For those who saw the movie yesterday, can they please answer three questions?

1. Does Barricade finally die in this film?
2. Is any explanation given as to how Barricade survived having his leg blown off and being shot in the head.
3. Does Megatron escape? I'm assuming he does.

Barricade and Megatron survive.

Barricade did not die in DOTM!!! His leg was injured and his eyes were injured, but he never actually died!!!
