There were a bunch of the TRU deluxe Optimus 2 pack (movie deluxe/protoform) at North Riverside the other day. Didn't check the price though, I was there for something else.

    Hmmm.

Thinking about cleaning out my TitanChuGerations collection, including Metroplex and Fort Max.

The ones in display have been opened up and displayed, have all accessories and cardbacks. Have a ton of all deluxe generations style figs still mosc. Are they worth going thru to sell?

G1 I plan to keep and MP as well, but need to do some work due to space constraints.

    Any opinions?

I just sold a BUNCH of figures on Ebay, over the course of the last year and a half. In my experience, the more you have, the more it's worth the time.

I raised, easily, four-Five thousand dollars selling segments of my collection I no longer wanted. That was money I put right back into getting a Backlog of MP and third party figures I had decided I wanted. It was a great, guilt-free way to buy some high-end items i decided I really wanted. It wasn't like i bought them, so much as TRADED for them.

The small room I had set aside for my collecting space was full, and I realized if I wanted to constrain myself to the reasonable space I provided, then I needed to make some hard decisions. I was able to clear enough space out to let my new items have the space they deserved. Overall, It worked out very well for me.

The resale value of Generations-type figures is strong enough to make a go of it, in my opinion, but I don't mind putting in the work to get the most value out of my collection. I have the hours to spend; not everyone does.

Hours to spend.......... I can dream of such things(living at work on nights now, straight to days and not off until Friday).

It needs to be thinned so I can enjoy it again. I've also gotten back into some other stuff with the kids and need a little room for those things to. Collection room is useless right now and that makes me angry.

I don't mind ebay, but time wise it eats a lot up.

Bit frustrated here as I hit up TEN Targets, 2 Meijers, and 2 TRUs yesterday and could not find Perceptor, Seaspray, Blitzwing, or Octone at any of them. I found more Nintendo Switches than I found of those figures.

    Ebay:
I'll second Prometheus and say if you got the time and the volume, you'll make some money. I sold a stroller box full of stuff a few years ago (guess why) for way more than I expected. But everything was loose and complete.

I've been selling random figs here and there and got to say it's a fucking hassle.

IMG_4585.JPG Only found Blitzwing and Octone twice at the HIP and nowhere else. My buddy picked my up these in KY on the way down to Atlanta. All are spoken for my crew.

I would beat ebay for you, especially if you were interested in some other stuff as well.

He is an okay figure at best. I was soured the minute I was playing with him and the kids and in space cruiser mode his legs wouldn't even stay up....... I'll stick w/ my original and reissue :)

I am seriously sick of prices going up and quality going down in a couple of hobbies I enjoy.

Is anyone here a member of NECA's Aliens Club? Trying to find someone who can help me order that SDCC Exclusive Yellow Sewer Alien that's based on that one TMNT episode.

I saw wave 4 dudes last night at target new Lenox. There is an endcap that also has them near the trasnformer section.

They also had cosmos but no seaspray

Yeah, I started in on pops a couple of years ago when TF's fell to a snails pace. Over 1100 now. Never thought about checking here, I just sold an extra Juggernaut I had last week. I wouldn't get too worried yet, Walgreens always seems to get more of them and they end up all over the place.

Do you have a good source for Pops? There are supposed to be Mystery Science Theater 3000 Pops coming out this year, I want them. Thanks!

Welcome to the club. I've never seen the Walgreen's Juggernaut up here in WI either. I even have friends looking for me also with no luck.
