Considering that the power of the titan master info named cybertron, velocitron, eukaris and Caminus specificity i would think this would be a good bet.

Actully i see it the opposite. Again, in the power of the titan master story. Wheele and blurr are on velocitron to compete in a race. See the connection with velocitron and speed? Now with cybertron the story was soundwave attackes fort max. Again some what a connection to strength. On eukaris alpha trion tries to find an artifact relating to the power of the titan masters, or a connection with eukaris and firepower. Now on caminus its blaster against skullsmasher over some stolen codes. Sounds more like a connection with caminus and intellegence. While i would agree the characters are diffrent then in the stories, the stories themselfs are the connection to the colony.

That wouldn't really work with the going theory that the firepower set being God Bomber, G2 Megatron, unknown deluxe, Cloudraker, and unknown Titanmaster. Plus beasts are known for their cunning and skill at fighting, hunting, and so on.

I see the sets going down something like this:
    Tru exclusive intelligence set
    Leader twincast from blaster
    Voyager g2 megatron from megatron
    Deluxe elita one from blur
    Legend cloudraker

    Bbts firepower set
    Leader greatshot from sixshot
    Voyager apex armor
    Deluxe Magnificus from perceptor
    Legend wingspan

Yeah, i know god bomber isnt an voyager but his also not a leader either so he has got to go in somewhere. Certinly possable they cheap out and use god bomer has a leader and bring in another voyager to fill the spot.

Did the bots in the Velocitron set? Certainly the TM heads were ignored insofar as they weren't given names.

Godbomber is a true Transformer. Leader size in not, voyager in vehicle. Bloody mass shifting!

I honestly couldn't remember so I had to get the bio sheet out to make sure, and yep, they did.

Also, it appears that Tidal Wave's TM power up bars are identical to Thunderwing, making me think it is actually just Thunderwing's power up, in keeping with the "official" configuration of Thunderwing + Tidal Wave mentioned on the back of the box.

Yes, he really is a leader class figure. In robot mode, he's taller than Super Ginrai. And, strictly based on in hand perceptions, feels like he has at least as much mass. If Hasbro reuses the mold, rather than design their own, it will almost certainly be as a leader class set.

Man, I have brought it up in other threads, but if they're going to do another Prime in each box, one of them HAS to be the "City of Steel" Croctimus Prime from Skullsmasher.

Between the mention of missiles and the function, it sounds like that bio was a hold over from when the toy was originally be Delta Magnus. I could see the original toy being the PM Prime cab (for Titanmasters) and the UM trailer/body with the missile launchers.

Hmm... I feel like that set doesn't tell quite as complete a story in its little package as Velocitron did but there's still some interesting stuff there:

Sounds like Thunderwing "became" a Titan Master like Rodimus in the other set rather than being one of the original ancient ones.

"Function: City Commander" sure seems to suggest Magnus Prime is Ultra Magnus as a Prime. Even if it's a holdover for when it was supposed to be "Delta" as some have theorized it certainly suggests UM as presented. I could be on board with this a lot more if they had just painted him more differently from Powermaster Op. That mold in actual Magnus colors could rule. I, at least, would have wanted this toy if it were in cool new colors. (Interesting thought... if you accept this as not being Optimus then maybe Laser Prime in the other set was a seperate character too?)

Despite the former's function Metalhawk is "Mission Commander" not Magnus.

So I assume Pounce's infiltration happens first. Since it mentions turning off alarms and why would that matter after an attack said to be able to destroy planets at its strongest has already happened.

Hmm... only Tidal Wave gets blue bars on his specs and they are for him merged with Thunderwing as in the story.... does this suggest that despite their toys having TMs these guys are not bonded to TMs in this toy fiction universe?

Oh! I just realized, the Titan Master Comic/Catalogue from the start of the line also has a big Earthquake happening during an all out attack on Cybertron and it turns out to cause/be caused by Fortress Maximus awakening! I wonder if this isn't meant to be the same event.

-ZacWilliam, that would actually line up really nicely I think.

BBTS's page says July, so I'd expect around then.

Washing doesn't help. The stickiness is the plastic breaking down. The plastic literally OOZES juices.

If you wash it, you clean a layer, sure, but the plastic will only ooze out more over time. And from my experience, no soap has had any effect on that sticky feel. :(

And I hate talking about "storage". The fact is that there is no reputable research on this topic to really answer anything. A lot of the comments you read are pure conjecture. Aside from the obvious: temperature extremes are probably not good for your toys! :lol  But again, what degree constitutes an "extreme"? Do toys need open air or can they be safely stored in bins? I've read theories that ziploc bags harm your toys, too.

But then again, you're right about the plastic quality and type being key! Only certain toys break down - I have newer anime trading figs that are breaking down before the older 80s toys! :lol  However, there's really no way to determine which plastic a company will use on its product (in advance). So while it's unlikely MP10 will be sticky next year, we have no way of knowing if MP-50 will be of the same plastic quality (down the line).

But as an aside, I'm kind of concerned with the toxicity of handling such sticky toys. Can we get sick from them? Are they lethal to babies?!?? There's seriously no research on this, so eventually, someone could make a dime studying this phenomenon for the hundreds of thousands of collectors out there.
