This makes me wonder how the heck Sony spent 70 million on ghostbusters advertising.  Granted Paramount to viacom probably gives some deep discounts on their internal networks, whereas Sony doesn\'t have that option, but still.  I feel like I\'ve seen way more advertising for The Last Knight than I did Ghostbusters, and Ghostbusters allegedly spent 10 times that amount on advertising.

 

I believe the reason why there advertising a lot is cause they know that people wont watch this movie, cause it's a bad story like the 4th movie. I'm not going to watch it.

 

Yeah, the last movie also made a billion dollars.

Also if story is such an issue, the fifth movie literally has new writers, surely you know that much

 

I doubt he thought that far ahead.

 

I love how he knows the story is bad, when the movie isnt even out yet

 

Has there been a good one? I personally don't like the movies, but I appreciate how it keeps the brand alive.

 

if you want good story you can read book how all movies got made and what people use to do before tv was made you want to be entertained watch movie tv video games music people now forget movies, tv shows, music video games are entertainment definetion ( the action of providing or being provided with amusement or enjoyment.) and books are literature defintion (written works, especially those considered of superior or lasting artistic merit.)

They are desperate because they've been making terrible movies. They are way overextending because if this movie doesn't do better, this franchise as you know it right now is toast.

That doesn't really make sense. They've all had bad stories, though.

I think they're advertising more because they didn't advertise AOE as much and it showed domestically.

That voice crack on "patents are pending" is still the most sincere acting Marky has done for this films.
