I agree, her slender face is kinda ruined by the huge block sitting directly behind it.

 

If we were going to get a female headmaster, Arcee and Daniel would have been awesome. Then again, I think of what Daniel would have probably ended up looking like and I'm not that sad at the missed opportunity.

 

I have nothing against Hasbro for their deco choices or plastic quality or the other arbitrary shit a lot of people don't like about them. Their ability to transform and pose a figure on the other hand, seems like sabotage every time I see them. Mistransformed, and really boring poses are the norm and that needs to change. I don't like to compare, but TT photography is MUCH more dynamic, exciting and shows the product off in a way that turns a toy into a real character with personality.

 

Blitzwing and Octane look nice but Blitzwing's head looks far too small.

I'm still holding out for Masterpiece triple-changers though. It'll probably be a while but I figure Blitzwing and Astrotrain must be near the top of the list, and are likely some of the next Decepticons of which we'll get Masterpieces.

 

Looks like someone went to pull Trypticon's tail, but grabbed and pulled his driveshaft instead!  

 

Overlord is in wave 5 of the Leader Class, but he's not listed at Forbidden Planet yet.

Allow me to repeat that mantra again:

A "wave" is not a giant bulk of toys of different price points that all ship together. A "wave" is a change in the case assortment of a price point, usually adding new figures to the mix. Each price point's waves are separate from each other. They might be coordinated and intended to ship around the same time (like Hasbro did with Combiner Wars and Titans Return), but that's not a fast and hard rule, and sometimes waves from different price points with the same wave number can appear at retail months apart.

My apologies for not realizing you were aware of it, because unfortunately a lot of people genuinely do not understand the concept. (Case in point: Someone recently claimed Trypticon was part of "wave 5", even though there was only one previous Titan Class figure under Titans Return.)

3P face for Misfire or I will harm someone.

 

Should have been pure logic for Hasbro to give toys of characters that appear in IDW that face. People who want cartoon accuracy will buy Takara anyway.
Especially with the added Targetmaster now.

 

No need for negativity/violence, I'm planning to repaint a Ptero Titan Master to have red eyes and black arms (to recreate Misfire's antenna ears)

 

Well from leaks months ago we're only going to get Arcee as a head only. Even then she's described as a repaint of Loudmouth. Takara might take advantage of this but I won't get my hopes up.

 

Looks like the photographer did not want the tank's gun sticking up over Blitzwing's head. I can't say I blame them it's something you learn in basic photography. Hasbro really need to hire a fan (me) to take their stock photos.

 

Man that seaspray looks amazing, and glad they reissued cosmos cause I missed him from thrilling 30, some might not be happy with that but I personally am. Octane looks great as well as trypticon, it\'s a great time to be a g1 transformers fan 

 

Hasbro, please fire whoever does your stock photography for your toys...

 

Anyone else hoping that the new set of Wolfwires will fix the design flaw the original assortment had? (the cockpit hinges cracking)
