Looks like it's from a TV Spot. Just find it very epic. Looks like something was activated around it. Sorry if it was posted already.
I still find it hilarious that after all the other "hey guess what, TF are involved in all of Earth's events & monuments... surprise!" that have happened in every previous movie, sure enough right on schedule, all the sarcastic & facetious predictions of Stonehenge being included at some point ended up being accurate.
Playing the scene in slow motion, you can clearly see that it's Nitro on the left. There is also someone in the middle of Stonehenge, whom I cannot identify, holding a staff. Presumably the same staff we've seen in all the trailers. Then there's a Transformer on the right which kinda looks generic, so maybe an Infernicon or Dreadbot/Hooligan/Berserker.
To me that looks like a yellow bot in the middle holding a staff-Bee, and the white bot/ nitro probably tried to stop him but ends up fleeing once he realised he can't....or perhaps he's helped bee get there but has to run away if hes gonna survive
