Despite being initially impressed with SG CW Starscream, I think I've got a bit of a duff one.

It took a lot of force to get the arms to click into place. Also the hips seem a little loose. Not floppy loose, but I had him standing normally on my shelves, but over the last few days his legs have been slowly splitting.

I'm still gonna miss what the club put out. Have some items to still pick up, so some surprises to look forward to.

 

For Counterpunch, if I want to keep the instructions it comes with minty fresh, what TFs instructions should I print out &/or look up instead to transform it from alt-mode to bot mode and vice versa?

The whole last three figures were updated versions of figures Fub Pub has done before. Toxitron from the Animated Stunticons, Counterpunch from their Classic figure, and SG Starscream from the SG BotCon set. Of course since SG Starscream was almost impossible to buy, and the set sold out, it's a good thing to homage I guess.

So,has anyone actually tried MAKING Modulus yet? I'm genuinely curious as to what he looks like.

 

I'm... not sure the person exists who owns SG Starscream, UW Ratchet and Custom Class Medix...

 

I had the same issue on one side of mine. Although it wouldn't click into place at all. There was a bit too much plastic on the bottom of the tab that inserts into the torso. I ended up using a hobby knife to shave it down and now it clicks into place with what feels like the right amount of force. You may want to give it a shot.

I'm totally doing that Skorponok as a 6th member configuration for Wreckage and am trying to come up with a way to use either the old Legends 2-pack Bee or Titans Bee as a chest component for Prime.

 

Ha! No, it's a Botcon Ratchet.. I painted one up as Marvel Ratchet and the other is still in his baggie awaiting Medix stickers (I guess I need a first aid head too)

Okay, someone on the Allspark suggested using Scattershot as SG Triggerhappy for the combiner torso. That works for me.

Huh. He simultaneously looks worse and better than I thought he would. I think he just needs more white on the torso.

 

Agree. Single-pack Scattershot is just SO red in torso mode. I have all four version of the mold (CW + UW Computron, single pack, Sea Clamp) and that one is just so ugly. Looks much better w/some Reprolabels or paint or something.

I keep wishing Medix was somehow attainable. As well as more translucent HFGs like w/UW Ratchet. And ...

 

Yeah I'm totally not using Scattershot for two reasons.. One, he is a lot of red, and two, in a display, Scattershot is already part of Computron. I justify Magnaboss's duplicates with time travel. I don't see the need to do it again... I use Thunderclash for this instead. He needed a home.

 

There are always the Reprolabels that turn Scattorshot into Flame for the Inferno combiner.

 

I'm stealing Modulus as a name for my stragglers Decepticon combiner while SG Starscream is going w/BC Prime (who is patiently waiting for the SND Nova kit). Some day, when we finally finish moving and I have time to unpack my Transformers, I may even have pictures of all that
