    @ZeroGB82,
    Here is my hypothesis:
I think that the robot torso is rotated 180 degrees from the hips in beast mode.
The robot-mode-raptor-face-cheat is currently on the underside of the beast mode.
I imagine that we'll remove the tail, lift the dinosaur back section up, fold the dinosaur hips/thighs up and back into the cavity below the back piece. This back piece will flip over to become the robot back.
I'm not sure, but I think the dinosaur chest/breast arms will untab and swing into this cavity at this time as well? Perhaps the chest is two pieces, and will split, retracting from behind the neck?
(This part is the biggest unknown to me presently.)
The robot legs are curled under and bent in half at the knee. The hips and toes terminate near the velociraptor shoulders. You will lift the robot arms/velociraptor legs straight out away from the body. You will untab the robot legs and straighten them out from beneath.
There is a hinge at the top of the robot-mode-raptor-face. Possibly some of the robot leg is hiding inside the torso beneath this raptor-skin?
I think as we straighten out the legs we'll rotate the hips 180 degrees. The raptor neck and head will be extending forward from the hips. They're hinged to accordion back and down, this will be up and flush against the torso, hiding beneath/behind the false-raptor face.
I think maybe the ribs and face are one layer, so when you lift the false dino-face up, the ribs come with it. This would allow greater parts clearance for stuffing the robot torso full of those thighs, breast, dino arms, and head/neck.
The dinosaur legs have a conversion mechanism in the calf to become the robot forearms.

I'll try to draw a picture of what I'm imagining later! :)

That's awesome, but the panel to the left of the exposed knee near the beast modes rib area should be raptor skin.

Yes, it's the raptor skin wich hides the thights, not are the thights as the digibash shows it.

Tokyo Toy Show is open to the public now, just odd we have not seen any pictures of any new stuff on display. If they have a panel tomorrow night, I wonder if they are going to keep us updated with pictures or something. For all we know they could be revealing Dinobot and some other stuff in Japan and we would be oblivious.

Alright, I understand this might be a little unrelated, espelly with these new pictures, but I just found out something very interesting. So I was reading the TFwiki article on MP Cheetor, sense I just got him, and I wanted to see if there was anything I need to look out for, and I found that apparently he had a cancelled accessory!

No no no. Not this CG render shit again. I don't want to have to wait another fucking year for this. Why can't they do it like Cheetor? Teaser, prototype, pre-orders. Why the Primal-way again? Fuck.

    ...

Well, now that that's out of my system... looks pretty okay. I'm not blown away because this is just a computer model, but at least we can see how it works. The first thing I noticed is that the tail seems to be static and that kinda sucks. Would've loved to be able to pose it. Yes, there are hinges, but they're obviously for transformation, they can't rotate once locked in.

The plus-side of this is that the tail transforms into his rotating blade shield and stores the sword inside, and the sword transforms too. That's great. The only other option would be a tail that is articulated and transforms into nothing and then have the shield and sword as different pieces altogether. I think I prefer it the way it is now.

Otherwise, well... it looks like Dinobot in both modes, no real kibble on the raptor either; the problem might be that you can see robot-bits throughout the skin but oh well.

Screw this CG garbage man; I would be all over a prototype for two reasons: Looks much better and gives us a clue for a release-window. Now I'm sitting here looking at what will be my most anticipated release and it's just meh. Can't get excited over this at all.

I agree. I think bw Megatron is in the works, seeing as we need predacons. I wouldn't mind if they did Tigatron, Megatron, terrosaur, and Waspinator in no specific order, followed my scorponok, then alternated with every release after.

Oh. Well now I feel kinda dumb. Though its still a darn shame. I would have loved to see what it would have looked like in full color. I'd definitely display him with it.
(Also Green Cheetor? I thought all prototypes are grey? This looks like a crappy club exclusive repaint)
(Also also, rotf leader Prime in under 2 minutes? What are you, a wizard?)

It would seem that they release one Beast Wars character a year.

232mm is my guess. I guessed Cheetor right based on our scale project, but Dinobot is a little harder to nail.

Well it's about what I expected. Bot mode looks great, beast mode is a kibbly jumbled mess. I know it won't be a popular opinion with the crowd around here but I'm pretty disappointed with the Raptor mode. Especially from the side view there's just all these bot parts kind of shoved in there and forming the general shape of a dinosaur with no attempt to produce a solid surface.
For me this is the worst beast mode of the three. Primal did a pretty good job of copying the original GI, most of the kibble hanging off was on the back of the legs and mostly out of sight. Cheetor had a lot more gaps and panel lines on his body and again bot stuff hanging off the legs. But at least they managed to give him some semblance of a solid surface. With Dinobot you can clearly see all the bot parts just shoved in there.
See I simply don't understand comments like this. I mean you can clearly see whats either his feet or his knee-pads in his side there and a bunch of random leg bits all crammed together in there. There's no continuous "surface" or "skin" on his side at all. At least Primal and Cheetor had a mostly solid body. And I know, I know, there's a limit to what you can do, and it's a tough transformation... blah blah blah. I get all that. I applaud Takara for what they've done but to me it's a long way from perfect. Sure it's the best Dinobot we've seen so far but I would hope that we could see something better than this.
I've said it a few times now (and generally been harangued badly for it) but I honestly feel like it's too soon for Beast Wars MP's. I don't think the skill and design and technology is there yet to pull this off to a truly Master-craft level. You only have to look at the side by side shots of MP Sunstreaker and MP Sideswipe to see how far the designs have progressed in just a few years. Takara and the 3rd Party companies are pulling off tricks and ideas that no-one would have thought possible back in the MP-12, MP-17 days. In another 3-5 years I think the designers both at Takara and in the 3rd party scene will be pulling off stuff we can't even imagine now and that's when I think they could truly do these organic beast modes justice.
Don't get me wrong, I'll be getting this but he'll live in bot mode. And I may be wrong - once I see it painted up, the gaps and robot bits may be a lot less noticeable.

But, you know it's till an admirable effort, and I'll still own it.
