his body is fake kibble in front. I hope Supreme dinobot or maybe grimlock (it's just retool head and dino head).

 

Still a ways to go, but wow, it looks as though it basically flips inside out.

 

He must be fairly large otherwise all those little panels would be fiddly and fragile.

Assuming he's in scale with the other two I'm guessing he's creepin' up on MP Soundwave's size.

The raptor mode is okay, so far I would put it at the same level as MP Cheetor's beast mode (which is not the best) but this was mostly done to get the robot mode as accurate as possible and in that regard, I think is pretty successful. All the classic Dinobot details are there.

I just need to see this in colours already.

I think I can just make out the joint/knuckle of the hand on the back of the beast mode's lower leg, so I think they swing around that.

 

I was just getting ready to say the same thing. Looks like a pretty wacky transformation, but an amazing job of keeping both modes sleek

 

Awesome.  Can\'t wait to get this next to my Optimus Primal and Cheetor. 
Next needs to be some Predicons.

People are pretty hard on the Dino mode considering it completely disappeared during transformation on the show.
