That must be it. Good catch! Its got the double engines, the high set wings on the fuselage, the smallish side inlets, and the tail is the same shape. In fact its even got those little notches in the front wings.

 

They did say that the store exclusives will be avaible at other retailers in other countries.
The store exclusivity is just for the US (which I think is bullshit), not other regions.

 

So we're not getting an Onslaught or Hooligan and Nitro doesn't have a real jet mode, so won't transform in the film. FUCK!

I think Lazerwave is secretly Blast Off.

 

It may have a Jaguar-esque rear but it still has the nose of an F-5 and weird wings. There's generally no Frankenstein planes out there being filmed flying around....

 

I love the political non-answer about the design process changing since 2007.  Increased deco complexity? Uh-huh....yeah, right. That\'s the same kind of joke they said when discussing the premier edition\'s. Enhanced deco? Sure, deluxe BB has an \"enhanced\" deco\" I guess that means \"less paint\" \"higher price\". 
The design process has changed totally since 2007. Do they not realize that we still own those figures? Compare for yourself. Why don\'t they just say \"We use fewer parts, less paint, and we had to make them easier for the dumb kids and their whiny parents.\" 
Put Battle Blades Bumblebee next to TLK wave 1 BB and tell me if the design process has changed?

what about Iran's F-14's

As I pointed out in a previous post Nitro is rather suspicious because if you look closely at the cockpit in alt mode you will see that it both opens and is large enough to fit a titan master. My suspicions is that Nitro is a pre-tool to a TR/POTP figure. If I had to guess Id say its Dreadwind.

 

TLK Wave 1 Bumblebee isn't even a fair comparison, it's an old mold. The Wave 3 mold shows certain steps towards what was once the standard for design.

 

Okay, now here's something odd... Why isn't Legion Berserker a Redeco of DOTM Legion Crankcase?

 

So nitro isn't appeared in the last knight but toy only.

So Cogman can used other titan master.

 

We don't know that. He could just be a robot who never transforms on film, hence no licensed alt mode.

Anyway, I'm still not a fan of the movie aesthetic, though this does seem to be a move in the right direction, looks like my personal intending purchase list has increased:

1. Barricade (purchased)
2. Voyager Megatron
3. Cogman
4. Dragonstorm

I actually like the IDW stealth bomber mold, so if I ever have a coupon or there's a sale or something and I can't find anything better, I could see myself getting Deluxe Megatron.

Primus oddly appeals to me, but LOLno at that price.

 

Movie accurate deco huh....then I look at voyager Optimus....

Anyways these reveals were largely good. Hasbro did WAY better yesterday than they did with the actual Reveal The Shield promo week. In fact, I think this hangout and press release/image reveal should've been the actual Reveal The Shield event instead.

Good job keeping Nitro and Cogman under wraps. Love that both are Titanmaster compatible. Cool that Nitro's jet mode is hard to tell from robot mode even now. Hope transformation is clever.

Won't be surprised if we see transitional movie lines returning like "Allspark Battles" from 08 and HDTD from 2010, especially with a Bumblebee movie next year.

 

I don't generally follow the actual movie news but I've seen screen shots from the movie that show Nitro in the background.
