Great, searching the local Walmarts for Hot Rod, I'm screwed since they don't carry shit lately.

    Really want Cogman.

Dragonstorm is comprised of two 'bot to make the 3-headed dragon, sweet!

Hopefully TRU gets enough Skullitron and Infernocus/Quintessa to satisfy my craving.

    Nitro is badass!

Now all we need are reveals for Onslaught, Hooligan, and Mohawk.

$150 for Cybertron Primus in a new deco, not going to happen.

Hot rod is not a surprise remold / retool and is a definite yes for me

I'll probably pass on Deluxe Megatron

Cogman I feel like could have a bit more detail but it's still a good looking Figure.

Nitro is hands down the best one and I'll probably get a least 2

I happen to like the deco and head on skullitron.

Dragonstorm is also a great looking Figure and the two bot combiner thing is a nice touch.

    WHAT? WHAT ABOUT THE RECOLOUR?

Just messing around. It is annoying when figures are exclusives.

He's definitely this line's Stinger. Who had the stupid idea of making a character exclusive?

Guess this suggests Cogman's the fourth wave three deluxe.

these two share a same transformation method but slightly different on the mold
I think they redesigned hot rod's thigh cuz lockdown's thigh looks fat and short, and inside of the upper arm looks bit different
    also the waist
i'll say its an improved mold

I like the look of Dragonstorm Bot 1, but not digging Bot 2. One is super clean & streamlined, but the other is overly messy with parts hanging everywhere.

That Nitro Bot, however, is pretty badass. LOVE the color scheme - grey & white with orange accents has always been one of my favorite decos.

The TRANSFORMERS: THE LAST KNIGHT PREMIER EDITION DELUXE FIGURE assortment features a lineup of highly articulated, 5.5-inch-scale figures of fan-favorite AUTOBOT and DECEPTICON characters. One of the latest figures in the PREMIER EDITION DELUXE FIGURE assortment is the AUTOBOT COGMAN. Bummer that Hot Rod is a Lockdown retool. Hate that mold... Looks like I'll be passing on him.
Cogman's cool. Didn't expect him to turn out so good. Probably pick him up.
Nitro is great, and I'm super happy. Loved his bot mode from the start, and I'm really pleased that he has a nice jet mode too (undercarriage aside).

But what's really got me excited is Leader Dragonstorm. Wow. Did not expect him to be a combiner. And both the robot modes and Dragon mode look great too! I don't often get Leader figures, but I don't think I'll be able to pass this one up.

You just proved my point.. they just can't get a movie line totally right

Yes, there are improvements, but that chest is a major design feature of the new hot rod and the way they've handled it is just wrong.

You can defend it all you like, but that won't change my mind that it should've been a new mold OR they should've changed the chest which would've helped a lot.

They've got a dedicated display for the movie, so they'll get at least one wave of the exclusives and from there sales will dictate how many more they get.

Yeah, I didn't realize this at first, there might be something to buy after all. Now what about Nitro? While the head in robot mode looks normal the cockpit very much looks like it could hold a titan master. I belive I see a hinge so it does open up. Could Nitro also be a titan Master? Could they retool this figure later to be in the TR/potp line?

Well no line's going to be perfect. Even some of the best non movie lines had their share of flaws.

I get wanting to see every figure be good as possible but there at worse alternatives they could've taken with Hot Rod.
