I feel the only MP that should have had sounds was Shockwave with his original laser sounds, sadly that didn't happen.

I really do think we'll get a new Grimlock, but I doubt any other reboots will come our way. Of course, this is only opinion informed by nothing, and I would buy a new Roddy and Optimus, but man, new seekers would kill me. They are imperfect, but since I've gone in on all of them, I feel I've already invested too much. I wonder how many would really be keen on that (of course, it seems I could well be wrong).

I will never collect a bunch of new seekers. It just flat out won't happen. I'd really like a new Rodimus Prime that didn't try to build Hot Rod in there too.

Realistically, I can't turn down a toon MP. I 100% would by Optimus 3.0, Grimlock 2.0, Starscream 2.0 (depending on how you found the 1st edit), etc.

On some small level, I'd be frustrated if it significantly postponed things like Jazz or Hound, but if they were delivered as well as Inferno and Megatron, I'd be plenty happy. I'm not just in it to have really good versions...for me, I want the best versions I can (ie, match my personal collecting preferences best) and redone versions of some characters would 100% be added.

I completely understand why people wouldn't want them or would be very annoyed by them, too...i guess I just see way more positive.

Well yeah, that's my point. They're "big enough". But adult, high-end collector's toys are still a bit of a niche market, compared to mainline Transformers series, or Star Wars, or whatever else you see clogging the shelves at Walmart and TRU.

I'm just saying, it's almost certainly not as big a money maker as *some* - not all - here are making it out to be. They're not selling these to the masses - we are a relatively small, elite group of discerning collectors, after all! ;)

I don't see the MP line ever ending. I don't know if that's good or bad. What else are we going to do in our old age?

Hey guys, I just found out about MP-39. Looking at the pictures and reading over the thread, I feel almost everyone missed a pretty cool feature regarding his weapon storage.

Looks like there's the typical vehicle mode storage for the small weapon, and I love the new trend of weapon storage on the backpack. (Why Magnus doesn't have that feature is beyond me with all of his bulk.

But...the most exciting thing is something we haven't seen since MP-10, and I guess to a lesser extent MP-13's feet, maybe Inferno's arms too...is the fold up smaller gun that flips out of his lower leg!!! Am I the first person to point this out?

    Discuss.

As long as I know that we are getting him its whatever he'll be here sooner or a little later, i just need them to get through with the diaclones so we can get to some equally cool stuff like Triple-changers.
