Im sorry but I disagree. Jinders build, especially what they did at payback attacking orton with the belt after stealing it and running away in a limo on the previous smackdown :lol  imo is one of the better builds they have ran in recent memory. There was substance, story, and narrative as to why he was getting a push in contrast to simply.....

    BROOOOOCKKKKK LEEEESSSNNNNAAAARRRRRR

and when was the last time we saw that chump? Raw after wrestlemania :lol

The jinder push was good. Now they just have to build him as a solid heel and not strip the belt off him for no apparent reason like they did to wyatt, and I am perfectly fine with jinder holding down SDL for awhile.

    You don't hinder the Jinder.

    And you can't teach that.

Loved Nakamura v Ziggler - was a slightly closer fall and slower paced effort than the house show match I saw a couple of weeks back but yeah great match.

I love Nakamura but DZ is the unsung hero of SDL for me, with some better booking he could be a star of the show.

    Rusev ?
    Aj ?
    cena ?
    Corbin maybe ?

WWE has to see the writing on the wall that there needs to be a story leading to a Nakamura vs Styles match at some point. For a title or not. But it needs to happen. With no restrictions on them. Just let it happen.

I just realized how funny it would be for Jinder to go the route of King Booker and have a female manager announcing "All hail Maharajah Jinder!"

Then again, maybe it wouldn't be that good, since it was Booker's goofy "kingly" expressions and horrible British accent that made that gimmick fun to watch. Jinder's too serious for that.

So, for those who watched the PPV, was the Orton/Jinder match passable? I know people were afraid it would be horribly boring.

The antics of the singh bros made jinder v orton a very fun match to watch, at least imo. I like that they still showed orton as strong, dominating jinder for really 3/4 of the match, and then he shifted attention to flipping the singh bros around like ragdolls and lost track of jinder. Imo it was decent in ring storytelling of a strong superstar having to deal with a 3v1 handicap match and I think it was painted pretty well by the talent.

The match was very one sided with Orton being dominant, Jinder didn't look good at all.

Surprisingly, I found myself disappointed in Nakamura's performance. Ziggler was absolutely amazing. Rather than really showcase Nakamura's talent, the match was more about him taking a beating and getting a couple good hits in.

I really hope Breezango continues with the sketches. I think they add a lot of enjoyment to the "reality" era.

Styles and Owens I thought was the best match of the night hands down. Entertaining throughout.

The women's 3 on 3 match was awful IMO.

The Orton/ Mahal match was pretty decent. I knew Jinder would win due to some sort of interference. But I have to say, it was pretty entertaining.

I have to admit that Jinder along with the Miz is the closest thing to a classic wrestling heal. Not to the point where people want to hurt them. Those days are over.

I fully expected Jinder to win, so yay me?

Was very disappointed in the Nakamura/Ziggler match. I thought this would steal the show, but it felt really slow for both participants. Even during his entrance Nakamura felt lost and missed his usual spots that synced with the music.

The 3 on 3 women's match felt like those bathroom break Diva's filler matches of old. I thought we were past this.

Luke Harper needs to be repackaged asap. Shave his beard, give him a fresh gimmick, leave the Wyatt family look behind.

SDLive has a lot of guys on the sideline...business should pick right up as they start returning...(Rusev, New Day, Lana (w/her new valet), Nakamuras SDLive in-ring debut & Cena returning)...should see some difference with there returns...all of 'em...[EDIT]...forgot Jericho is away...and...Ryder is still on the shelf too...so no Hype Bros....

I am so happy Jinder won. It's great to see someone unexpected win and for them to have real heel heat. As mentioned above, Jinder and the Miz are the only old school heels in the WWE. It's also great to see both of them winning like they did in the old days, by being cheating chickenpoops. And frankly, it's great to see someone who is non-white holding the title, even if he has to play the stereotypical evil foreigner to do it. (Also, I can't stand Orton so hopefully he retires.)

I'm looking forward to how SDL deals with it tonight. Raw was slumping pretty hard last night, not much of interest at all there, and roman is super stale again as usual without strowman putting him in ambulances.

I like the airtime wyatt got but no reason to get hopes up there when it will likely be roman or balor v brock, no matter how well wyatt does on the mic or in ring.

Kinda sucks, but I suppose wyatt will forever be jobber to the stars. As long as he's happy and healthy with what he's making though, I guess props to the guy for putting so many over.

I also understand you need certain players in the midcard scene but there is no reason to keep Miz there. There is a lot of underused talent that could be feuding for midcard and Miz is your #1 shit talker, stuck in midcard hell. Let ambrose fight the drifter some more and some other underused talent. Put miz back in the main card where he belongs.
