    Lol at all the people crapping on BC saying TT would never do fake chest if they did an MP Sunstreaker. Well look what we have here... Anyways, I have BC, will definitely get this one too.

    and also they could add a new Lambor head/face with a toon aesthetics, just to have his brother more into the new MP visuals.

    I'll buy it because it's official, and because Sunstreaker was one of my grails as a kid never to be found. I'm loving all this Sunstreaker love, and I'm perfectly fine with having one in bot mode and one in alt.

    But right now, I'm struggling to see how this is better than Sunsurge. Hopefully that back pack is mistransformed because otherwise in the words of the nutty professor, that's a HUGE bitch.

    In either case, I'm very happy with Takara right now for supporting the fans with something we never thought we'd see.

    Alt-mode paint scheme is stupidly toon-accurate. It's like ALL yellow, with almost no black accents where both the toy and real Countaches (and Sideswipe!) have them.

    At least give him black rocker panels, front lip, and NACA ducts...

    I don't even follow Masterpiece figure news, but even I felt this was really left field. Very happy for the fans who have wanted an official representation of the character

    Without looking at any other posts and without a doubt this has been said many times over, but this looks freaking damn near identical to Badcube's SunSurge.

    I'll still get this, but this is the first time the 3P and official MP are almost indistinguishable.

    The MP Line is now faithful to the G1 toon - therefore whether the paint job is 'stupid' is a personal opinion only.

    Most people will love it. And hey, there's 2 third party options for you if you're not keen on this :thumb
