I was a huge transformers fan in the late 80s and early 90s. Sadly I was also a flavor of the week kind of kid and sold my entire collection at a garage sale when I about 10 years old. Since then I have bought and sold a number of random late G1 and random G2 figures. I was still a fan of transformers but I just didn't have the urge to collect. Then in 2011 a friend of mine introduced me to the masterpiece series and the third party market and I immediately got hooked. Whats seen in the pictures is the current iteration of collection. There are a about a dozen or so figures that are still in boxes not pictured. I rotate them with the currently displayed boxes as new figures arrive.

For the last couple years, I've had the figures in detolf cases but they were cramped and limited in size. After paying off a wedding to an amazing woman, I treated myself to some new Besta frames and created some custom LED lighting because the dioder kits just weren't doing it for me.
