In my opinion, as someone who only collected the G1 based combiners, Superion is far and away the best. If you can get ahold of Quickslinger, I am actually gonna give him a shrug. I have him myself and his waist is loose. it also seems like the QC for the exclusives is really poor overall. My BreakNeck has a foot that was improperly molded and that causes him to not fully come together in car or foot mode. It really sucks too, cuz he he pretty nice.

Menasor is good as well, but combined mode has serious issues without the Perfect Effects stuff. He reallly needs a good standing base to not fall over. :/

After splurging on Predacus and still having some left over funds from selling other stuff...I decided to treat myself.

    Again.

Favorite so far for me is UW Computron. Superion to me is 2nd. Good luck in your decisions!

Ala the G1 toy - oh wait that toy didn't have elbows. xD It'll be something to consider when I pick up UW Bruticus. (that blue used on Onslaught is damn pretty, and these guys are probably affected the least by the "make it as cartoon accurate as possible" paint scheme UW tends to go with.

Ya I gotta agree with you there, UW Bruticus is probably one of the best looking, along with UW Computron, of Takara's sets. The purple hood looks pretty good on Swindle too.

Can some one take a pic of G2 Blast Off next to Movor? I'm looking into trading and I'm curious as to how much I'll have to paint on Movor.

Will have to try that when my UW Bruticus arrives. Kit or no, I've a feeling I'll like these guys more than FOC Fruiticus. xD

Ya its not the best fit, but it looks good if you have him on display. :)

I hope you post some good pics then! Hey, let me know how Blast-Off is, I'm curious if if he is worth looking for.

I can say my Baldigus Blast-Off (whatever he's called) is much better than my UW version. Tabs together much better.

I know his RiD counterpart was called Movor. Though your account on the two could be just random tolerances.
Hm, haven't really done any picture taking in some time. Photobucket is a bit of a pain to deal with. But I'll see what I can do. May or may not do so with the upgrade set I'm getting with the Combaticons. Though I don't think he's necessarily different enough to buy the set for unless you can't stand Blast Off as a jet.

Superion, especially with Quickslinger, is pretty incredible, no third party attachments needed. For full G1 love go UW, but Hasbro's release is great. The G2 box set is pretty good too. Superion has a great torso bot, good limb bots, and looks great in all modes. Don't worry about Powerglide if you don't get a set that includes him. He's not that great. If you can, get Alpha Bravo even if you do get Quickslinger. He's a great bot.

Bruticus is also really great. I have the Hasbro version and love it. Really really amazing in combined mode, but Brawl is a let down in bot mode. For full G1 love you'll need the UW version, but to be honest I'm not impressed by Shuttle Blast Off.

I got my son the Hasbro Defensor team (legends Groove and Rook). That's a good team but the combined form has some issues.

Menasor is a pile without severe investment of time and treasure.
