I hope we get some recoloured CW/UW car and jet limbs for Grand Scourge and Galvatronus. Takara are probably also working on their version of Liokaiser which I imagine would be very different from Hasbro's.

As for the Beast Combiners, they'll probably turn up eventually. I wouldn't be surprised if we got a Dinobot Combiner (or two) as well.

 

I've been wrong several times over now, regarding Takara. But Unite Warriors seems like it's done. I honestly believe that if Takara does Liokaiser, it will not be using the Combiner Wars linking system.

 

did you miss hasbro quickslinger, breakneck, deluxe groove, they did blastoff (wether or not you like the repaint) plus they did all of the limbs for liokaiser (no they did not do the correct torso bots, but thats four characters takara failed to deliver)

 

i definitely hope so. same combining port system and all! but mostly, give me the beasts!!! i'm really hoping that ine rumor about predaking being a retool of a leader deathsaurus is false so i can have him attack computron.

 

Eventually. The demand is there and there are a bunch of missing beast combiners that would make for easy retools of one another.

 

After I had gotten the Unite Warriors. I'm not really going to credit Hasbro here when Takara did the OG guys first.

If Hasbro does more Combiners then its the same song and dance. Wait for Takara to fix Hasbro's mistakes.

Your post implied that hasbro didn't release them, at all, I was merely stating that hasbro did in fact release all of the g1 CHARACTERS even if you didn't like blastoff being a jet

 

I hope so but I am not holding my breath. Depending on what Power of the Primes brings, I can see an updated Nexus Prime. Maybe some beast combiners and beast-related characters. A new Tarantulas available for mass retail would be great.

I'm sure they will. Correct me if I'm wrong, but the Combiner Wars line sold quite well, so I'm sure they'll swing back around to the concept again - if not in PotP, whatever follows that.

I sold my MMC Feral Rex in Antipaction that there will be a Predaking coming in the next few years. Hopefully an Abominus.

And while my Brain is saying that Takara are probably done with Unite Warriors, I wouldn't be surprized if they do take a stab at Liokaizer.

It is! I don't regret buying it, but I don't regret selling it either. I've been (for lack of a better word) 'purging' my collection of a lot of 3rd party stuff in favour of the official hastak stuff. Originally I started getting 3rd party stuff to fill in the gaps in my collection. CW and TR have been awesome and filling those gaps.

Plus the money made from the Feral Rex sale went straight to paying for my wedding.  

I don't mind waiting for a Hasbro Predaking. Or Abominus. Or Monstructor.

 

We'd better. I still want the beast combiners. The CW combiner port is a great design, and it'd be a shame for HasTak not to use it ever again.

How about after Power of the Primes, we get Combiner Wars II: The Beast Wars.  

 

If we get combiners in PotP line then I would expect them to use the CW system, if they do a beast themed combiner line after PotP then I would think they would use it there, beyond that I wouldn't speculate.

 

Hoping to see more in POTP and whatever future Generations lines we get.

I wish we'd get more HFTD-like lines, ones that include ALL Transformers gimmicks, not just one single line-wide one. Like, a Headmaster, Combiner limb, and normal Transformer in one Deluxe wave, and the voyager includes the Combiner torso, triple-changer, and a regular Voyager-sized robot.

 

I am one abominus short, so that's pretty much the only thing I want and expect them to release..

 

That's all I want, too. I feel shortchanged without it.
