    In this case, the teaser trailer came first before the teaser poster came a week later. But with this I guess poster first then trailer. But who knows?

    I just hope we see the cons in another scene besides that giant explosion one. But I dont think we will see them again outside of Barricade and Meatron

    Typically it's before. In the case of TLK's poster it was released a week after the trailer premiered but I think it's because the poster showed Prime's turn to the dark side and I think they wanted that to surprise people with that in the trailer.

    Thats pretty much while it fails as a teaser trailer. Nobody is even remotely hyped for the trailer and as you've mentioned, its given us nothing to talk about.

    Presumably a teaser trailer should intrigue us or get us talking in order to promote the trailer - the trailer would then give us something amazing at the end to get us hooked till the movie.


    Pretty much hit the nail on the head with all the main issues with the franchise as a whole.

    there's no doubt that we'll see a new Autobot character or two in the trailer... so putting one of them into the teaser should have been a no brainer IMHO

    I'm looking forward to this! I'm hoping for some Bumblebee vs Barricade shots in the trailer, although I doubt it. Also maybe tease Megatron and Barricade's voices, similar to the big deal made when Lockdown talked in that one trailer for AOE. I need to know if Harnell is back!

    I secretly want this trailer to be 5 minutes long since theres so much stuff I want to see. And because of that I would like them to stop releasing new shots, theres only couple of days left.

    In addition to Megatron's look, one thing I really like is how that picture shows the heat of a hot summer day. It really makes it look like these robots are a part of the real world.
